Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United StatesIf you opt for the “breakfast buffet” please understand it is continental; fruit, toast, yogurt, coffee & juice for $30/day. We didn’t even have pastries. We opted for the cooked breakfast on the menu because we were starving. We ended up spending another $50-$60 for 2 people. Would not recommend the breakfast option upon time of booking unless you’re good with toast and fruit. Just order off the menu or go to a nice brunch 5-10 min away in Wynwood. For that price you could get mimosas included.

AC is a very nice hotel in an excellent part of the city. Very close proximity to the design district and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff were all very nice especially Vernonica and George at the front desk. The room was nice and clean, albeit a bit small. The bathroom was also nice and clean with very good hot water pressure in the shower.

I love to stay at this AC Hotel when I'm in Miami. Every time my experience is satisfying. From the easy parking next door to the incredibly friendly, helpful, and competent staff at every turn. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely fantastic, and the food tastes and feels of much higher quality than most other hotels. Again, the staff at the restaurant are always so helpful and friendly its a fantastic start to the day. I also appreciate the personal attention and even the nice follow-up emails from an actual person after my stay assuring that I had a great experience. Highly recommend!
