United StatesHad some delay in communication during booking confirmation but the host gave a reasonable explanation and was able to finish the checkin process smoothly. Overall professional and pleasant host.
Lovely townhouse in a great location in a golf resort with nice views of the fairways and greens. Clean and well kept. People in the community were friendly. Good vibe. Great views of the surrounding mountains. Close to airport and downtown.

United StatesPlease provide suggestions for finding the townhouse, we arrived in the evening and it took us quite awhile to find ours. The next day we realized that using the specific townhouse address on our GPS while driving within the complex would get us close enough to the place to find it. Please start the AC in preparation of the guests arrival and fix the ceiling fan in the Master bedroom. Also provide instructions for using the thermostat. It was very hot in the Townhouse and took quite a while to cool off. Please provide a map showing the closest pool since it is out of view. The map provided at the front gate is not helpful for finding the townhouse or closest pool.
The property was nice. The townhouse was private with a nice view. The layout was helpful for wheel chair access with everything on one floor.The host was easy to contact and he replied promptly. The location of the pool was convenient (once we found it).

CanadaGolf course is member only although we didn’t call to see if we could make an exception. The pickleball courts and gym are a $10/D fee, which adds up for a family of four. The nearest pool was unfortunately quite attractive to the ducks and was most often littered with duck poo, both on the deck and in the water. We made our way to other pools further away from the ponds when we wanted to swim. It was fine for pulling out a sun lounger and watching your step.
Nice location by duck pond and close to a pool. The Desert Princess has 34 pools available for use. We liked the newest pools as they had toilets, water, and shade - plus they were a bit bigger. Pools are open from 8am to 10pm. Golf course community is pristine, quiet, and offered some nice walking paths. It’s quite massive, I read it was 1200 homes. Condo was a bit dated but the spacious 3 bedroom made for a comfortable stay.

United StatesWe cooked our meals at the townhouse and could have used a few more kitchen tools. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
This townhouse is located on the Desert Princess golf course in Cathedral City. It is minutes from the Palm Springs Airport. The townhouse is beautifully appointed with a great layout and outdoor spaces.

United KingdomOn arrival spoke to the Rep and showed us around the accommodation. The TV in the sitting room was not working but Rep pressed a few buttons on the remote control and had the TV in the lounge working. When he left started to have problems with TV on occasions. No picture/no sound/ blue screen/switching off/only one channel working for two days. On finally getting in contact with host by tex after leaving messages on the answering machine. He came around almost immediately. He called the TV people and managed to get the TV working but only terrestial channels no net flix etc. The TV in the bedroom had rusted batteries and were replaced the next day with new batteries. Tried later and the TV in bedroom still not working, looked like same problem as the lounge TV. The TV in the 3rd bedroom not working either. Conveyed this information to the Rep and said would be around the next day at an agreed time. Unfortunately there was a delay in the representative coming for legitimate reasons and as we had booked a round of golf this meeting cancelled but suggested trying a few actions to get the TVs working, Did not try as were concerned we would put the only TV working back to the one channel only mode. The only TV working during out 10 night stay was in the lounge and only terrestial cannels with the first 4 days no effective TV operation. All TVs need sorted to get the full satellite coverage as stated, for the next occupant. The Rep was very helpful when contacted and did arrive with new batteries. On occasions wanted all 3 TVs to operate at some time in the 10 day rental and simply put up with the one TV only partially working as described in the accommodation description

United StatesDo NOT rent this property!! We left it in pristine condition. The house cleaners gave us a 5-star rating. But the property manager, Pride Properties, has not returned our refundable $350 security/cleaning deposit. They do not respond to calls, texts, or emails.
