How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast was minimal. A Hostess pastry or make-your-own waffle. Our wall mount TV didn't work and every day they assured us it would be fixed. We were without a TV until the third night when they brought in another TV and set it on the desk.
Room was clean and comfortable.

There was a lack of protein, eggs or peanut butter for breakfast
The room was nicer than how it looked in the pictures, the ac made sure was cool instantly and the bed was comfortable.

The mini fridge was too loud. Too much ambient light in room even with curtains closed.

The toilet was really low down with no handrail. Breakfast didn't offer a lot.
The beds were really comfortable.

The general on the weekend seems like he can never figure out people's reservations
Housekeepers very nice friendly very welcoming kind night girl little Mexican girl AMAZING. CHAD VERY NICE MAN. However the young man need a little more customer service.

We came back one evening and there was no front desk person, the office door was closed and the lobby and hallway smelled of pot.
It was a good value and our room was clean. The property was quiet and is not on a busy street.

We chose this hotel because of the pool. It didn't open until 3pm according to the door to the pool or 4 pm according to the slide show above the desk. We like our early morning swim so this was quite the disappointment.
The room was comfortable and clean. They were trying for the minimalist look which was fine except there were no drawers and the clothes rod was so low my dresses were on the floor. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was fairly common but not much protein. the staff was friendly and helpful.

It wasn't bad but being next to the laundry room. It's much better though then being next to the door by the pool area.
I like being on the first floor.

The deposit I had to make for the stay. I haven't received it back. I dont understand why it takes so long to get it back if the room wad not damaged or anything wrong with it when I check out. I called and they said I was getting it back ar check out. I check out on the 8th and still haven't received it.

The bathroom was dirty. Hair in the shower, balls of hair on the floor from a previous guest. The towels had stains, and appeared dirty. The phone didn't work, not that I would want to touch the phone because it was dirty, had crumbs, and some sort of chunky substance on the phone cord. Would have been nice to have a coffee pot in the room.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast was adequate. Good mattress, and decent pillows. Nice that the room had a fridge and microwave even though it wasn't a suite.

There needs to be updated furniture. Some of it is torn up. Our tv didn’t work, but after unplugging and replugging the power it worked fine.
The property is pretty clean. The mattress looked new. All the surfaces had been cleaned.

Would have like to seen an easy way to use the remote to find the difference between the menu of the tv and the menu of the guide channels that were available. And also would have liked to have at least one had bar of soap. Otherwise the room and staff were great
The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff helped me to locate a food delivery place near by and I got some food and had a wonderful night. Slept like a baby and had a very good breakfast and had an easy check out and will try and stay with you again.

New pop vending machine and higher seat toilet.

Woke up at 2am with someone screaming cuss words and yelling and banging on a door than slammed shut three times?? Idk how front desk didnt hear that cause it was literally by the stairs.
Property is clean, always nice customer service, room is clean no smoke smell.
