Microtel was fine. Booking. Com is my issue. I did an online check in and upgraded my room. When I arrived at the motel, they had no record of either. They didn't even have a room to upgrade to. I was charged a fee for the upgrade from booking.Com. Very poor practice. I will not use your services again.

I would not think of doing an extended stay if you wanted more amenities.

Property looked newly renovated. Staff was very pleasant at check-in and out. Room was nice and as expected. No bells and whistles, which we don't require on an overnight stay.

There was no microwave in the breakfast area so no way to warm anything but overall good options. But the staff was very attentive.She was covering front desk with checkout and check-ins and replenishing the breakfast items and cleaning up the tables at the same time.That was major multitasking. We all admired her work ethics and will definitely deserves promotions and raises.

Not too many activities in the town, although a short drive to some scenic lakes.

A perfect place to stop between New York and Niagara Falls. The staff were very friendly and flexible with check-ins and check-outs where they could be. Room was clean and spacious and bed was comfortable. Big bathroom with good water pressure and no temperature issues. Located next to a huge outlet with a variety of restaurants and retail stores. Breakfast was top notch and even had a waffle maker!

The bathroom really could have been cleaner. The bathtub was 'broken' with a huge crack - couldn't use that if you wanted to. Sink took some time to drain. The stained grout near the toilet was off-putting, and a bit smelly- this is a cleaning staff and oversight issue, easily addressed.

Its an easy place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast adequate and love the 24/7 coffee bar.

The lady who checked us in, Morgan i believe, was super friendly. It was nice and quiet in the rooms. Loved the microwave and mini fridge in the room. Breakfast was nice. Kids loved the 24hr hot chocolate.

The only complaint is that there are no USB or C ports in the rooms. Remember your blocks/plugs because you cannot charge your phone otherwise. This would be an easy fix by putting in extension cords with different outlet types.

Not much breakfast choices. Room service was non-existent. We stayed for 10 nights and our bed sheets were never changed. Even though the sign on the mirror in the bathroom stats they would be even the do not disturb sign wasn't on the door.

Not enough outlets and not easy to get to. There were used shampoo and conditioner bottles left in the shower. The telephone had so much dust caked on it I didn't want to touch it. The room and bathroom as a whole was not as clean as it should be.

The staff was wonderful! The beds were comfortable. Great location!

The smoke alarm in my room was missing. Desk staff was very understanding but they didn't have a replacement and the hotel was booked full so couldn't change my room. Manager said it was probably taken by last occupants. So I went without my first night there. Also, the TV played only music videos, not TV shows. BUT...the manager gave me a different remote and TV worked fine. They were very nice about this and both issues got solved for my second night, but seemed a bit careless they rented a room without a smoke alarm and with the wrong TV remote.................everything else was really good. Clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was really very good. Lots of variety - waffles, hard boiled eggs, bagels, cereal, pastries. Endless coffee and juices 24 hours. Breakfast room was neat and clean. Staff left the TV remote so you could turn the channel or change volume etc. I went in early (7 am) and had the room to myself. Other guests showed up but it was never crowded. Very nice, it was the best breakfast experience at a hotel I've had in quite awhile!
