The rooms were a little too small and mine didn’t come with a fridge when it advertises online that every room would come with a little fridge.

My room was clean, but small , access to wall outlet on the night table especially hard to reach.and more outlets are needed to accommodate charging and medical machines.

I like the location,very accessible to eateries and coffee shops, and other amenities.

The toilet was loose, and the mirror headboard was a little creepy. The guy at the front desk assured me that "most hotels are putting mirrors behind the beds to make rooms look bigger." My wife and I are very seasoned travelers, and we have stayed in hotels in numerous states. This is the first time that I've ever had a mirror at the head of my bed. The booking called for a queen bed, and we were put in a room with a full. Overall, not very pleased.

The room was very clean, and had everything that we needed for our stay. The location was in close proximity to restaurants and local attractions.

TV controller was missing from the room and the set was not manually operable - the front desk did not have a replacement for the two nights I was there. It was difficult for some guests to navigate the front doors (not handicap friendly, also difficult for people using the luggage carts on their own). Vacuuming in the hallway started before 8:30 am.

Clean room/facilities and I appreciated the individual toiletries. Plenty of space in the lobby. Easy parking

Our room was on the 1st floor. On one of the double pane windows the outer window was broken. They didn't clean the glass it was just left there. When I told the front desk they were like, yeah we know about it. The TV speaker was blown, scratchy to the point you could not even understand what was being said. I find it hard to believe that the property was not aware of the problem.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had many choices.

No pool but that’s not a deal breaker. The breakfast could use some help, very limited but it works. The bed in 225 closest to the bathroom was broken and that made it noisy and uneven.

Most of the staff was absolutely awesome from Shanaya and the other younger girl at the front desk to the very polite cleaning lady. The older woman at the front desk could learn some more hospitality, her face often is off putting. Smile once in awhile! The property was clean. The price was great. The location wasn’t bad for our VT campus tournament location.

There was an issues with the elevator not coming down to the ground floor. Which made it very difficult for my sister and I due to medical issues

It was very clean and comfortable. Loved the options on tv, never had that many choices before. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Disappointed that there was no microwave in room. Love heating leftovers. Bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.

Location excellent for getting to/from VT. Plenty of activities/restaurants in area.

That morning a cleaning lady came by and we explained we would be checking out by 11 and then she came by 2 more times to ask so we felt rushed to leave. Bathroom and shower floor is also very slick
