How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Not a great location. This is a quick hangout for people of the night. Coming from club and bar right next door. The breakfast is just breads, juice, and coffee. We booked a room for 3, but they provided soap and shampoo for only 1. Towels were brownish, tub was filthy. Room had ants. Not worth the price at all.

Verified reviewThe breakfast was mediocre but it did what it needed to do, however, everyday I was there I needed to ask for towels and was always told they were out of towels. The sheets were dirty and the pillows were like cardboard - very thin and uncomfortable.

I didn't like the fact that we had our "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging outside our door and one of the housekeepers still tried to enter our room unannounced!! Good thing we had the extra locks on our door. I went to the front desk to make a complaint and was told that it would be reported to management. Upon checking out on Monday morning, I NEVER spoke to anybody on the management staff nor did anyone come talk to me about the incident. I'm highly disappointed and will NOT book with them again! We didn't know that housekeepers intentions when they tried to enter our room thinking we weren't in there smh!!!

Room was stuffy and hot on arrival and on a day they came to clean, tv inputs didn't work, the mini fridge kept stuff kind of cold, the parking situation is terrible due to the nightclub, the housekeeping staff didn't leave enough towels lr washcloths when asked.

Verified reviewProbably the most comfortable hotel we've stayed at in a LONG time. We were there for Dragon Con and they were ready for it. The hotel was very clean and so we're the rooms. Spacious and cool and the beds were comfortable. We were about a 10 minute smooth drive from Lindburg Station where we used the MARTA wherever we needed to go during the Con. Definitely would stay again and the breakfast was lovely
The ONLY thing we didnt like was that the patrons that attended the restaurant directly across the lot from us would use the parking lot and it was SOMETIMES difficult to find parking but we did. I'd give that, on the weekends about a 7/10

When we first checked in, the lady at the front desk charged me $14,000 instead of the $140 that I was supposed to pay because she entered in two extra zeros and didn't double check her work. I wasn't able to see the amount on the screen, so I didn't even see the attempted $14,000 charge until after I checked my credit card account after we got to the room. Luckily, my card had gotten declined so she had to redo the transaction and she typed in the right amount the second time. We also asked the same lady for more towels since we had 3 people and only 2 towels in our room, but she told us that there weren't any left. It was only until we asked her AGAIN that another staff member checked for us and turns out they actually did have clean towels in the back. We could also hear guests yelling and fighting in the room next to us until 1am. Elevator buttons were broken and location was not great.

The property was located in between two nightclubs. When checking in if we had a vehicle, we had to have a pass inside of our car. When we came to park at night, we could not park due to the nightclub goers parking in the spaces.

Verified reviewIf you have any other choice don’t stay here. The rooms were cheap but the cost is feeling unsafe and dealing with terrible facilities. While we were there, we saw people roaming the halls checking doors to see if any were left unlocked for them to steal from. On a short elevator ride to my room, I had someone trying to push a hard drug deal. The parking lot is shared with a strip club and the patrons from the club frequently use the hotel. The lobby bathroom is kept permanently out of order because people from the strip club wreck it so often. The entire building looks nice on the outside but is completely rundown inside, all of the ice machines were out of order. The staff is incompetent, the breakfast was nothing, and the rooms were missing basic things like mirrors, coffee pots, cups, and blankets. No matter low low the rate is, it’s not worth staying here. This place should be shut down.

Verified reviewIt was semi quiet at night. cookies were a delightful little treat served at 3 pm every day. the AC worked well and the lighting was sufficient in the rooms. hallways were spacious.
the place was in a very uncomfortable neighborhood and it didn't feel safe to park your car. people were smoking weed on property and weren't asked to do it elsewhere so it persisted the entire time, day or night it didn't matter. The management was not friendly. And issues with room keys was ongoing the entire 5 day stay.
