Location is off the busy streets and yet close to them so it is easy to get around Latham from this motel.

The staff at the front desk weren’t very friendly. I had requested an early check in and had a response in my email, front desk staff said they never got the request. I called to ask if our room was ready for early check in and it seemed like the front desk didn’t understand what I was asking. Overall frustrating experience with front desk staff. Room smelled very strongly of fabuloso cleaner upon arrival

The night clerk was very nice, but the booking company on line checking did not work. So we had to check in again at 3 a.m. when we were exhausted! Had to go through the entire process again, though I was assured on line that all we needed to do was get the key at the desk. They had in fact cancelled our reservation because of the late hour!! Could not get through to the booking company that our flight in would be after midnight!! Not the night clerk's fault but he had to check with his supervisor. For this reason, I might not choose to stay there again, or book online, or recommend to others.

It was adequate but not special. Nothing homemade. rather sparse, given the 150 plus I paid for the stay.

We went to Palm Sunday Mass early in order to check out on time. When we returned our door was ajar. The door was CLOSED when we left. It really bothered me that someone had been in our room. Nothing was missing and perhaps it was housekeeping that had entered. It was an invasion of our privacy. This has never happened at ANY hotel my husband or I had ever stayed at. It is unacceptable to enter a room prior to checkout at 11:00. It never should have happened.

For the price it was perfect and above average. However I wasn't pleased that I couldn't watch what I wanted on TV and the remote was difficult to navigate. it was a little farther than I thought from the airport but it wasn't bad. However on a scale of 1 to 10 considering the location I give it an eight. It's not the hotels fault I guess but there is noise that you can hear from the highway the streets and even the airplanes. It was clean that was important. The bed was a tad bit old fashioned but again it was clean. It served its purpose for the night.

The sign for the entrance was hard to see. My GPS and the fact that I’d been there before saved me. It’s a very precarious cut across the highway coming from the east.

I didn’t have time to stay but grabbed some items on my way to the airport. Coffee was good, cups were small. The limited variety of items met my need.

The tv was not a smart tv, but again for the price (approx $100/night) that wasn’t the end of the world. My room was next door to the main entrance so a bit loud but nothing crazy.

I liked how clean the peoperty was. The staff was very friendly. I had to stay an extra night due to the weather and they offered me a discount. This was the best “budget” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The price was unbeatable and I expected the quality to reflect the price but it did not. The bed was very comfortable. The room is small but perfect for 1 person. There is body wash, shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower.

The towels were extremely small and limited. The breakfast was frozen waffles pastries cereal Activia yogurt and fruit that had seen better days. The bathroom could use a little maintenance with cracked tiles in the shower and water pressure that was quite what it should be

The stay was ruined because someone scraped their luggage against the side of my car and left scratches along the passenger side.

My room was clean but smelled like a case of Axe body spray had exploded in it. I could deal with it but other guests might have felt differently. Breakfast is weak, at least offer some decent coffee. Maybe offer some pre-made breakfast sandwiches.

Room was clean and bedding was comfy. Staff is great and the location is super convenient. Stayed there twice now and will continue to book a room there when I'm in the area.
