United StatesThe hotel is a bit run down and needs some work. Door to outside did not lock, some trash around grounds, needs painting, carpets not super clean. The hallways had odor of smoking. Lots of noise during the night.
The location is convenient, and allows pets. The pet fee is reasonable. Staff were friendly. Included standard breakfast. Bed was comfortable, and a good shower. Good area to walk pets outside.

United StatesHallway and the room had a very bad odor. Wall paper crinkled and appeared to be sliding and pealing. Ceiling had a repair spot, maybe from flooding from above floor. Dangerous electrical with both microwave and refrigerator plugged into multi extension cord. Light fixture and wall above full of cob webs and dust gobs. Cleaned them off myself.
Bed comfortable. Easy to access. linen real clean. Bathroom real nice. Mostly quiet. Staff was nice.

United StatesThe room was small although it was clean and had all of the requirements. The maintenance was lacking. The smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The wallpaper was peeling and the ceiling was water stained.
The hotel was in an excellent location for the evening activities. It was close to the highway and a short drive to town especially important on a snowy night.

United StatesThe shower sprayed all over the bath floor. We reported it immediately but nothing was done to repair it or offer us a better room. The first day we put the "do not disturb" sign out but the help came in to replace shampoo and soap but did nothing else. Thereafter we took the sign off, but no one came to empty trash or give us fresh towels since ours had sopped up the floor water. We put $2.50 in the vending machine but didn't get a soda. Pushed the refund button and got fifty cents back. When we reported it to the front desk, the response was, "Most people put in three dollars and get fifty cents back!" We didn't get any other help until later my husband made a big stink about it to the manager and we got the two dollars back. It was not the cash but the principle of the situation.
