Staff were kind and helpful. We arrived Aerojet than anticipated so a manager took down my phone number and informed me when our room was done being cleaned so that we could check in early.

My wife and kids enjoyed the breakfast. Good value for the price. Not the biggest rooms, but overall good stay. The staff made it worthwhile.

Smelled like pot, the rooms were outdated, sink at bar didn’t work and I reported it and nothing was done, breakfast was 6-9 but if you showed up at 8:15-8:30 they didn’t replenish any of the food.

I have stayed here before and found it excellent, all aspects. I was out off by arriving to check in about 7:40 p., and no one was at the desk and there was no bell to alert them. I wandered around the lobby, used the BA and after 8 minutes, 2 young women came out the inner door. One may have been training the other. When I explained that I had been there some time, the leader didn’t apologize or try to explain, but rather, it seemed as if she was trying to blame me. That is the way that I took it. I’m sure she intended no offense but I was struck by her rudeness and lack of politeness to an incoming customer.

The location close to I 94 is convenient.

The outside looks nice and clean. The entrance to the hotel is nice as well. When we entered our room, it instantly smelled like smoke and had a stale odor. I mentioned this to the front desk lady, and she was willing to move us to a different room with no fuss, but my teenagers had already started unpacking. We decided to stay in the room and take an air freshener with us. I went to the store and bought sanitizer wipes to clean the surface of everything as it wasn't cleaned. The beds were clean and the mirrors, but that was it. The carpet was sticky, and the bathroom was nasty. There were several visible broken or cracked areas on doors and walls. There were even long black strands of hair wrapped around a picture frame nail. The pool area wasn't clean either. In major need of a mopping. The free breakfast was okay. I'm not really going to complain too much about free food. All of this could be a result of understaffed, but when I go on vacation, the last thing I want to do is clean my entire room. At least the staff was great.

The staff were amazing and friendly! The amenities were decent, too. I was surprised to see full shampoo and conditioner bottles in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I also liked that it was close to stores, gas stations, and restaurants and not too far from the Dunes beaches.

The pool was not in operation. The night staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. Our battery in the smoke alarm went off and they never fixed it for us

Some plain yogurt would b nice. The couch in the room was uncomforatble to sit on. The furniture was looking tired.

Thebreakfast was pretty standard, not great, not horrible. Cereal, instant oatmeal, toast/jam, some kind of weird scrambled eggs and sausage, and waffles. It was ok The room was clean and the air conditioning was cold. The shower was good.

The fridge did not work asked for a ice bucket and lady was rude and did not give us one remote was broken the first time we went to pool there was a window screen in it the second time we went down to look at pool it was closed

It was close to highway and a walmart we where just there for a night it was cheap the lady when checked in was not great but the ladys the next day were nice

The walls are thin so you can hear everything. The doors are loud when opening and closing. There weren't any extra pillows available. The tub was slowly draining during showers. The lights above the bed did not work.

The cleaning aspects of the room weren’t always done properly. We didn’t receive the cleaning service until we requested it. Additionally, there was excessive noise at night, and it seemed like many guests were smoking in their rooms (the smell was quite strong). Overall, the experience was not bad considering the price.

Breakfast wasn't great I would go to Sophia's down the road. Convenient location Walmart across the street. Staff is amazing. Kimberly went up and beyond to take great care of us . Pool was freezing. No weights in the workout room. Only bike and treadmill
