Breakfast was a positive. The room beds were clean. The sink in the bathroom was broke. There was multiple drywall spots that were broken. When booking.com tried to refund me one night. It was a major headache! It's like they purposely make it near impossible to get a hold of them. Then they're refunded the wrong amount. Then management at the hotel knocked on my room started yelling at me.

The room was nothing like the pictures. The coffee pot cord was disgusting with food all over it. Disgusted overall

The pictures are not the same as on booking. Com. I was very upset at how the room was not decent.

Lie about breakfast. Wasnt anything except coffee and waffle maker. Apple juice and orange juice was so watered down. Place was filthy!!!! Found trash and other items from previous guests including their hair in the shower. Lazy fat night attendant girl was sleep half the time

We were given a smoke-filled room on the 3rd floor. The entire 3rd floor reeked of cigarette smoke. We asked TWICE for another room and hours later were given a 1st floor room. NO HAIR DRYER, cracked in 2 places sink on 3rd floor.

We were able to sleep okay in a room on the 1st floor. We have stayed there in the past and not experienced problems.

I didn't like the environment. It is unclean and dirty. The housekeepers are always skipping the cleaning of the rooms. My room was not cleaned for a day out of the 3 days I spent, and my personal supplies were not released to me for this day

The information online does not match the reality at all. The front desk clerk was so abrupt, she asked and took my ID and card told me that my room was upstairs. When I got to the room it was falling apart and with no refrigerator. I took pictures and went back to the clerk who told me that she is aware that the room needs repairs so I won't be charged, and she don't know why they posted that the room came with a refrigerator because it doesn't. 😒 overall I was grateful for the place to rest for the 2 nights. And I must add that they are not 6, but 9.5 miles from the space center.

The only thing I liked was that I was able to rest my head for the night.

The bed in our room squeaked pretty bad. The toilet seat was half off the toilet. And the tank on the toilet wouldn’t fill up so flushing was only happening by taking the lid off.

The lobby smelled like a skunk, it was worse in the elevator, hard to explained to the kids why it smells so bad. 2nd floor hallway lights were dimmed and one light was competently off. I did not feel safe, the place looks rundown. Not a place to bring your family. broken mirror in the bathroom. not very clean.

I didn't like that the fire alarm wasn't properly installed, the air conditioning was partially broken, the walls in the room and bathroom bathtub were spotted, and the window seat cracked.

The bathroom sink was broken, the tub faucet leaked, only one of the lights in the room worked, there was some kind of food or something all over the wall, and the hallway lights blinked like the starting scene of a horror movie.

The outside of the building and lobby look nice. The staff is friendly.

The place is dirty and fixtures are falling apart. Tub .. well we didn't take a shower this trip. Nuff said.

Hotel smelled like marijuana, aircondition was very loud, people were up and moving around all night and someone was playing loud music. Room was outdated, no cable and bathtub was dirty

Well the room was dirty the pool wasn't open even though it said it was.. But the main thing was.... We didn't have cable/TV the 2 days we were there our TV wouldn't even come on and we told the staff and even talk to the Manager when we 1st got there, still nothing .We paid over $300 for 2nights and was VERY DISAPPOINTED. They finally gave us a discount but still I don't think we will be returning unless they have a huge upgrade with cleanliness and attitude of the staff.

I didn't like that there wasn't any television to watch due to DirecTV satellite because the hotel was trying to switch over to another company so we could not watch any TV at all

It was dirty, need to get rid of the carpet, and the prices were too high for the shape of the facility!!! Breakfast sucked!!! For the price of our stay they could at least have a decent breakfast.

Don't be fooled by the photos. This hotel is in disrepair, dirty, full of cigarette smoke, and roaches. Our room wasn't cleaned once, and it wasn't clean when we checked in. The trash cans were never emptied. I had to ask for new towels and TP. The bedding was stained. The cover of the smoke detector was off, and there were no batteries. Zero amenities in the room. Things had been ripped off of the walls. The television didn't work. Turn the light on in the bathroom and roaches scurry everywhere.

The water coming out of the faucet was brown. Lights blinking in the hallway. No coffee just hot water dripping out.

The shower had a significant leak and some mold in the caulked areas, the carpets were dirty, and the furniture was broken which made things feel a bit run down. The picture on the wall was molding from water damage. Outside the room, the carpets and walls were dirty. It's a worthy stay, but everything could really use a good scrub and some general maintenance.

Fantastic staff, very comfortable beds, clean linens, good temperature control in the room, working refrigerator and microwave, breakfast was present and edible. Surfaces in the room and breakfast area looked and felt clean.
