Funk smell in second room moved to, 1st room issued toilet was clogged up. 2nd room had a smell and was not as cool as 1st room. Pillows were too small and hard I understand short staff but front desk clerk went above and beyond to accommodate all customers.

The bathroom has dead bugs in the floor and there was no toilet paper holder and no toilet paper when we got there. There were towels but no wash cloths and there was a dirty towel in the floor of the bathroom.

Every time we go something is always missing or broken in our room. The first time the plumbing in our bathroom was messed up. The second time we were missing a refrigerator and the blow dryer.

We enjoy staying here most of the time. When there is a problem they usually try to accommodate us.

The hotel wasn’t very clean but nothing to prevent me from staying again. There was a dirty towel in the room and the toilet paper was empty. Ice machine on 3rd didn’t work, worked well for what we needed but it is just a decent place

Concerned about a missing air conditioner in the eating / lobby area leaving an open vented area to the outside environment entering. Dirty furniture.

Our room was 86 degrees every night when we would get to the hotel..it was very hot outside and the a/c could not keep up..the elevator broke the last morning we were there and we had to carry our stuff down from the third floor after taking it to the opposite end of the hall because the door was broken and you couldn't use the stairs..

The breakfast was questionable. One morning the cook set the fire alarms off while we were in the lobby

I really didn't dislike anything. I will make a suggestion on putting a pool in the back by the patio. That is the only thing that I can say thos place needs. Customer service on point rooms super clean and fresh. Location perfect 👌.

I lie the fact that they had breakfast. And I liked the room period. It as so comfortable and peaceful.

They were finishing up a remodel on the hotel. Boxes all over the lobby, art stack all over the check-in counter, no breakfast even though it was advertised at booking and the serving area looked to be complete, exterior garbage cans were overflowing all 3 nights we were there. The room...floor hadn't been cleaned, tissue holder was empty, only soap provided was a bottle of hand soap, towels were stained, dust on furniture, no coffee maker, a/c was loud, our key stopped working several times. The hotel was booked and we had to park in a fire zone while others had to park in the grass. Overall, not a good experience.

There were not enough towels. There was no breakfast, just waffles alone. There were no coffee cups or coffee stirrers. Staff went and bought some after the second day of our stay. The staff was friendly but didn’t really care if we didn’t have the things we needed.

I was only given one big towel and a bunch of small towels, no remote in the room, no trash can, the curtains had weird stains on them, the pillows were super clumpy, and breakfast was very basic and limited. Not much to offer. The microwave made a weird, loud noise.

The lady upfront at night was very friendly and energetic.

Rooms were filthy dirty. We were told the bed would be a queen and it was actually smaller. I called to make sure there was a continental breakfast and was told there was. When I asked what was on it (I need gluten free options) I was told that there would be eggs. Neither morning of our stay was there eggs or anything else I could eat available although that was the primary reason we picked the Sonesta.

Its location was near the area we wanted to see.
