The heat was on too high. Also, there was some kind of noise in the night. It sounded like a wrestling match with a body slam on the floor or dropping something.

Location was excellent. Our room faced the back so it was quiet.

The room was hot. No room service or anyone changing the sheets after multiple nights. No new towels provided. The showers did not have shampoo or conditioner in the containers and.

The bed was very clean and comfortable. I did call to get the room temperature turned down because it was very hot the first night. Not sure if they actually changed the temp or not.

The bed was not comfy, I got backache after my stay. The kitchen area was dirty and the equipment not working ( the hot water boiler)

Exactly as advertised.. Great location and value, not a luxury hotel, but a clean and safe. Other hotels were 4-5x for the night. Room was perfect for my needs.

There is no staff on site. All handled via email. Very spartan furnishings. It's not a place you go to hang out in the room. Door locks (Front door and room door) were pushbutton, with combo delivered to you via text message.

The accommodations were sparse, as you might expect a hostel to be. Bedsheets were clean and towels were provided. Overhead lights were the only lights in the room. Bathrooms were clean, and down the hall. Great location for walking to pizza, coffee, ice cream shops. I was lucky to find a parking spot on the street a block away. I felt safe staying there. GREAT value for the price, and price was the main reason I chose this location.

It took me a minute to find the place, which is annoying out in the rain. The breakfast they promised was never really explained or given to me. I mean, there was a kitchen, but I had no idea if the food was an up for grabs type situation or if other guests just left it there for later. Also, it's self check-in/out so there's no staff there to ask for help if you're confused or require assistance. There is a number to call, but sometimes they straight ignore the calls.

I liked the location, it was 20min (by foot) away from all the major places I need to be/get to. The room was neat and you are left alone. They email you all the info you need about an hour before your scheduled "check in" time.

The staff were very casual about cleaning the rooms. There was no soap in the dispensing machine near the wash basins, nor in the shower cubicles

rooms and bathrooms in particular were a bit shabby, cleanliness wise. It was loud as in I could hear everything out side and inside. I hadn't realized it was student housing with shared bathrooms and kitchen etc., but it worked out well for what I needed.

Great location, bed was rather comfortable. I liked that it was above a Ben n Jerrys ice cream parlour, for late night snacks. Easy access and beautiful neighborhood. I liked all the amenities in the area, food and such.
