I liked everything to be honest, and so my family. Maybe I'd put a coffee maker in the room or out in the kitchen available to use, and a fridge with freezer , not just fridge, for those who wants to spend the day at the beach bringing own drinks/water And last, maybe peanut butter in the breakfast , very simple and cost effective that would accommodate even those not eating animal products like me.

The room was big and clean. The rest of the B&B is nice, clean and very welcoming. Loved the outdoor area to sit and enjoy the breakfast. Breakfast was good according with my family, I am vegan so no options for me but I was prepared. Parking is free if spending more than two/three nights which is great. It was easy to find parking just outside the place. It is literally three minutes walking to Publix (grocery store) and nine minutes to the beach. Umbrellas are available to use, we forgot, so that was great! The staff is THE BEST!!

Rooms could have been cleaner. The mats were dirty, and the toilet and shower area weren’t very clean. The place looked a bit worn out. Even though the room was 19 sqm, it had a lot of wasted space — we couldn't even open two suitcases properly. Also, it’s really hard to contact the host after 5 PM. I needed parking and it took me almost 2 hours to reach them.

Lack of staff. I checked on myself at 7pm and checked out myself next morning around 10am. So no reception staff was during this time period.

Very aesthetically designed. Location was perfect. Staff that coordinated on phone, not met personally, was very informative.

I felt like the front desk staff bothered us a little too much . They had me for 1 night but I booked for 2 . Just a little mishap, but nothing major. And it advertise a bar , but I didn’t see one . The pictures on the site are a little misleading. Maybe not updated.

I like that it was personable. Check-in was smooth . Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast omelette was good , the only issue is that they was out of spinach but offered it on the menu.

We came there early and Carlos gave us a room without any additional charges. Hotel located not far from the beach, grocery store right across the street, and a lot of different cafes and restaurants close by. Also breakfast was very good.

The shower corner was not that clean as I expected. Key from the front gate was broken and it was hard to unlock the gate with it.

Like 12 minutes from the Ocean drive. Next by the hotel (150 m) was dock with the City bikes. Breakfasts were delicious!

The property was decent overall. I thought the rooms were away from the main check in - dinning area. The staff was ok and willing to help when asked. The main problem is that there’s no one in reception after certain time and if you have questions after they are gone you will need to wait to the day after. We had issues with locking the door from outside to the room but no one explained to us that it had a trick and we had to wait till the next morning to ask one of the staff members. Breakfast was delicious but would have been nice to have different options and not the same menu all the time.

I liked everything. The room is not so big, but it was very comfortable.

The location is excellent on a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach. The breakfast is also a highlight, specially considering it had eggs made to order. Additionally, the friendliness of the staff is great. I had to check in late and was given very detailed instructions.

This property is not a hotel. There is no front desk to speak to. Two ladies (Spanish speaking) are present to help prepare basic breakfast in the morning and no staff stays in the house after 4.00 PM although one staff is reachable over phone/watsapp. Room was small and cot was not comfortable at all. Had trouble with wifi on last day (Staff did not bother to help) Were courteous to let us keep our luggage in the house till we returned. Need house key to get past gate and passcode to enter the house.

Neighbourhood and location is good, South beach is at least 800 meters away. Shower in the room was only good thing.

The communication wasn't easy as we didn't have a cell phone. The lady at the desk wasn't there when we came and we had difficulty entering. She came when we wrote an email asking for a parking lot and refused even if there was a space. She wasn't friendly, but even though, she let us check out later as one of our children wasn''t well. Thanks.

Everything is very clean and beautifully decorated , so you feel relaxed. A pretty private yard with a shower to clean yourself off the beach sand. For arrivals, there is a complimentary snack. You can use a kettle to make tea. A variety of tea is offered. A very good breakfast: they offer you 6 different types of food. The kitchen and cleaning staff are very kind. Internet is very quick. It's good for a longer stay, but not for an overnight stay when you do a road trip, as you need to park your car in two blocks.
