The sofa cushions were not comfortable (you sink in). Condo could use a large pot for cooking spaghetti...or crabs. The A/C filters need to be cleaned (no cold air comes into bedroom), but ceiling fan helped. Other than these issues, great Condo!

We loved the Condo. It was nicely furnished and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was a few steps away and very clean! We had a wonderful vacation week!

From the moment we arrived, our trip was lovely. Tammy at the front desk was warm and welcoming, giving our dog a treat and greetung her along with us. The unit we stayed in was perfect from the decor to the beautiful view of the ocean. It was clean and cômortelle, fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay, including fun games to play. We really enjoyed the commôn area with all the arcade games and comfort of home. It was just steps to the beach and close to everything we love in OC. We look forward to making this an annual visit!

Very thin walls and floor. People above us was making so much noise it the way they walk or kid’s running around for hours. Or people next door hacking early in the morning. Very thin walls.

The buidling in front of the view of the sunrise from our specific room was slightly disheartening but we didn't have to walk far to watch it from the sand on the beach so that made it okay. Overall it was a great family weekend.

Check in went well, the room was wonderful. The view of the ocean was good but had to walk to the beach to see the sunrise beacuse a building in front blocked our view from the balcony. The air conditioning unit is loud when it kicks on but that is monor and did not disrupt the stay. Over all it was a great weekend. The price could be lower but other than that no complaints. (I bboked through booking.com - Next time I will go through Marylander themselves to book)

I loved everything about it

I thought the property was absolutely stunning very clean and the owner is an absolute doll baby they go above and beyond the arcade room is really cool for the kids. A lot of updated games and a lot of new toys. The swimming pool is indoor and it’s very clean. You’re right outside of the beach parking is super easy. Me and my family’s definitely going back.

There's really nothing to include into this review of the property. I wish for some people who stayed there to be more responsible in observing the "no smoking" signs, but that's everywhere.

The condo apartment was wonderful: newly renovated, clean, and we had a view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff is very helpful and welcoming, Tammy made us feel right at home from the get go ( may I add, we arrived much later than expected, due to traveling from CT through multiple tropical storms).There's a door code lock to enter the property later in the evening, for safety.The beach is very clean, and truly is right there. We took walks to local businesses and attractions ( if you like ice cream, try A-La-Cone 👍).

The beds were uncomfortable, especially the pull out sofa. The walls are very thin and could hear everything from our noisy next door neighbors.

Nothing to complain about except for the noise. There was a family above us that were loud constant hard walking back and forth and a child that ran and jumped around alot at night and next door to us there was a banging sound that was happening for a little while.

Loved how close we were to the beach.The condo had everything we needed.it was very cozy and comfortable. Staff and other guests were friendly. I loved the decor my family and I enjoyed our stay wish we could have stayed another day.

Room 307 has beautiful potential however… needs deeply cleaned needs TLC, for instance…. arrived sliding glass door wouldn’t close or lock, pizza remanence in oven, bed is broken, bathroom sink leaking with wet rug, dirty sofa and red chair, linens and towels were dirty , WiFi was in and out of service.

The only issue was that they were doing fire alarm testing one day. It was very loud and lasted about an hour. We were notified beforehand so it wasn't a surprise. Just the noise was a nuisance

The WiFi was an issue. The condo we stayed at was far from a router and there are too many guests for the WiFi to handle. The condo did not have cable so TV was dependent on WiFi connection. Since the connection was poor, a good portion of the time we could not watch anything or connect devices. My husband works in telecommunications and could help fix this if property management is interested.
