No Air Conditioning (not uncommon in Hawaii-but we didn’t realize when we booked) permanent residents who lived next door to our single bed unit we rented were very loud, rude and made the experience staying there awful for our parents and other hotel guests. They also had an aggressive dog. These residents yelled down at guests in the pool who had noisy kids that were laughing too loud -they used inappropriate hand gestures, and they mimicked and mocked my parents constantly through the shared wall of their unit. It was very rude and surprising behavior by residents who are in their 60s-they should know how to behave like adults. They clearly hate hotel guests that stay in their building -they should move as this is a major issue that will negatively impact satisfaction of future property guests.

The location was great. We also liked the size of the room and the friendly reception staff who were very helpful and kind.

NO A/C they definitely saved money by not installing air conditioning units. Just ceiling fans. It was 80+ degrees in our room upon arrival, just windows and fans. $900 for 2 nights and no A/C , very disappointed ☹️. Also the "Hot tub" was only a 2 person unit that was constantly being used. I was really looking forward to this resort and felt ripped off.

The location was good , quiet and was very up to date with all appliances.

The rooms were not as cleaned as I would had wanted them to be. Two of the beds had moths and other small insects inside and on top on the covers, which made us feel a little uncomfortable. Also, we were unaware that there was no A/C, but weather was good when we went so we didn't struggle. We opened up the door spring and windows to help get some ocean breeze. Also, it states that the room is a full kitchen, BUT make sure you swing by Walmart/Target before arriving to grab all the small things such as coffee filters and so on.

Really liked the accessibility to the beach, which was just across the street! Our 2bd room suite was on the first floor which allowed us to walk out and right into the pool which was amazing! Loved that it had a washer and dryer! Big enough space with full kitchen, dining room table, and living room area.

Loved the layout of the unit—balcony in front, then living area/kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom in the back. This allowed the sleeping area to stay cooler as it was away from the afternoon sun. Ocean visible from higher floors, across street and beach. Easy check in and check out process. Assigned parking spots was a nice touch—we never had to worry about finding a place to park if we returned late. Location not terribly walkable but very well-centered on the island.

Only issue was no Air Conditioning. This was Mostly fine, but the bathroom was not near any windows and it was hot. Made it hard to get ready.

No AC which made our first night a bit uncomfortable but once we got the windows open and fans going, the cross wind made it more bearable. The road closure due to S Kihea Rd being washed out by rain made for inconvenience to get around.

No air conditioning which made it noisy at times especially by the elevator. There was one guest who lived there who was a nuisance at times.

Small and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff available when needed. Centrally located to get around the island. Bed and couch were comfortable. Free parking was a bonus.

I didn't know they didn't have air conditioning in the room. However, we didn't need it. There were plenty of ceiling fans in the rooms that kept the room cool.

Great location. Place was clean and looked just like the photos. Staff were super friendly. There's a nice restaurant next door. Pool and spa were great. Super spacious. Plenty of parking. Had all the amenities.

The grounds were clean and nice. Lots of families were there, so still a good value

I booked it because of a promo discounted price. The location and the grounds are nice. Maybe it was our particular rm. But very stuffy with no air conditioning. The bdrm and bthrm fans weren't working.. we were told they'd fix them but they never did. Toilet and sink were leaking too. Just the toilet got fixed, but they didn't clean the floor which they said they would. Very noisy at night bdrm , can hear other rms TV and conversations., and elevator.. guess I could have closed the window but then room would have been more miserable.

No bars within walking distance. The restaurant next door has a great happy hour, but is expensive at other times.

The apartment had everything you need for cooking and cleaning. Absolutely loved our stay! Security guard Mark was very kind and helpful!

No air conditioning. Ceiling fans didn’t help much. We had to keep windows open (it was hot during our stay.) Pool area was loud and rooster crowed in the morning, none of which would have bothered us had we been able to close the windows. On our 1st day there we had some sort of alarm beeping loudly right across from our front door, had to go to front desk and get someone to come turn it off. The next day we had a VERY LOUD Fire Alarm go off and wake us up. It was a very scary experience for our family. It eventually got turned off and we were reassured there was no fire, however we had to be up very early the next morning to run a half marathon race and due to that we didn’t get much rest so we were very unhappy about that.

The rooms feel dated and they show years of use. Several layers of texture, wall paint, random repairs all over. Typical stuff for an older building. As a result nothing feels truly clean. The distance to downtown kihei is far to walk and there isn't sidewalks the whole way. It's a busy road.

Pool is great, BBQs very clean, room was adequate. Temps were in the 80s and the lack of ac was no problem. Staff were friendly.

The rude older woman w the plants on her balcony on the pool side yelling at me. She needs to be spoken too, she does NOT own the property and has zero right or business even speaking to me.
