The room was a bit dated and the tv was hard to watch because the roku wouldn't connect to stream anything

The bedding is a major issue we could not move without the sheets and mattress cover coming undone. Deep pocket or properly fitting sheets and mattress covers would make a huge difference.

Aiden was incredibly helpful. All other staff was wonderful as well.

My husband and I had to pay twice because at checkin the manager at the Resort did not get any money from Booking.com so we had to pay for it twice. We were not very happy about Booking.com and have not heard from you regarding this matter. If we don't hear from you, we will not be using Booking.com anymore. Booking.com charged us and the Resort charged us because they did not receive the money form Booking.com.

Dinner service was poor. Staff standing around on there phone socializing. Plenty of staff with only two tables to serve. Had to go to the bar several times to just get drinks.

There is no breakfast in the hotel itself. We had no problem going to a local diner and had a nice breakfast. However it would be nice to have even just coffee and a continental breakfast available in the restaurant. There is a little drive thru coffee shop just outside the parking lot that you could pick up as well. Overall this wouldn’t keep me from staying here if I was in Wasilla.

The staff were very nice and accommodating. They have plenty of food and drink options for dinner. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The views from the room were beautiful with a pristine lake and mountains in the distance.

We were staying on the first floor. The upside room guests were super noisy during the whole night, kept moving stuff around, walking around all night. Won’t be able to sleep without earplugs. Terrible!

Room was not very clean. The floor could use a good vacuuming and mopping. The patio was also dirty with over grown weeds. When they finally cut the grass, the patio was covered with grass clippings.

Location was good, close to most things I wanted to visit.

Check in difficult as facilities were all locked up despite our arriving after checkin time. Bed too soft, balcony needed paint, no breakfast service, no service as it was run as a motel so you are on your own. Steps to room as there is no elevator, high price for what you get.

Nice lake view, attractive furnishings in room which had a fridge and microwave. Enjoyed balcony looking at lake. Restaurant was great when it was open! Never for breakfast and limited on other times.

The base board heater under the window would not shut off, we kept opening the back door in an effort to cool the room off i turned the thermostat off but it did not do any good, way too hot and humid like trying to sleep in a sauna We got up at 7 and could not stand it anymore and left. Will not be back.

It was a beautiful room with a comfy bed.

It was very hot in the room , even turning the heat off. The TV remotes batteries were dead, the telephone in the room did not work to be able to call the main desk. I had to walk over and ask somebody for batteries and get the TV hooked up properly for it to work. There was dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. You can hear every step from the people upstairs.

The view of the lake was amazing. The room was well appointed with nice linens, a super comfy king bed and plush pillows. We only stayed one night but wished we had booked for two since there were many things in the local area to see. Everett's Restaurant on the property provided an excellent dinner. The resort staff was incredibly friendly.

Someone opened our back door in the AM. No knocking just opened the door. I called for my husband thinking the person would go away. That’s when they opened the door and I hollered at them to not dare to come in. Who knows how I could have hurt them?

No food available in the restaurant. No breakfast available. Oh well! The bed was awesome!
