At first I was hesitant about the set up of the rooms, but by the end of the stay, all my concerns were gone. Rooms were all quiet, it was a great affordable stay. It was perfect for what we needed and we will definitely stay again.

The bathroom for Room C was inside the room. It was off street parking. Very accessible from the main road. Bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean. William was polite, accessible, and a delightful host. This was an affordable alternative to the expensive hotels in the area.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. It was all very comfortable.

There was coffee and croissants. There was a Keurig coffee maker with several choices. When I got in that night after booking 15 minutes beforehand, the gentleman who owns the house was outside right after I arrived to help me in with my luggage. He had called me right after I booked and asked if I needed any help with that. He was very nice and professional. He had other guests who had also just arrived and so he helped me into my room which was a up a small pair of stairs and showed them to their room and gave them instructions and then he came into my room to show me around. There was a little fridge that was unplugged which was fine, I just plugged it in and used it. The room was comfortable, cool and quiet. I had my own bath that was nicely furnished. It was a great unexpected accident that put me there that night and I'm glad I was able to make their acquaintance.

We wish we had known that the refrigerator wasn’t plugged in prior to our arrival. We were counting on storing over $50.00 of meat that we had brought for the rest of our trip. Assuming the refrigerator was on, we put all of our food and ice in. The next morning, when we went to repack it in our cooler, the meat was warm and the ice we had put in the freezer had melted all over the place. We were disappointed to have lost all that food for the rest of our trip down south.

It was super clean and comfy. Safe neighborhood. The owner was great about communication. He stayed up until we checked in (late) and explained everything we needed to know about the room, the codes to get in and out, etc. It was a pleasant surprise to be treated to complimentary bottled water as well and 3 large croissants in the morning.

The room we were assigned (Room C) was as nice and bright as that pictured in the booking listing. The house feels like an extension of the town in which it's located - depressed/depressing - as far as interior, lighting, and furnishings go, so it's not a place you would seek to go to more than once, or where you would linger, but if you need an affordable place to rest your head, it will suffice.

The room was as promised: neat and clean. All the communication from the host was clear and accurate. The host, William, greeted us upon our arrival, and provided some croissants and coffee for breakfast, which was a nice touch.

Super hot although the owner was trying to solve and make things better the entire time. He’s got a plan to fix over time. Noise is really loud you can hear everything.

The owner is absolutely amazing he goes above and beyond to try to make guests happy.
