Wifi was very spotty for me my whole stay, I even paid the extra $4.95 for the premium wifi, and it was still spotty. Put a damper on my plans of streaming live from my hotel room.

Everything was overall pretty great. The location was roughly 15 mins away from Mohegan Sun, which is where the event was that I was attending, so that was pretty convenient. The room was clean, A/C, refrigerator, and facilities all worked as they should.

Bench in the gym was falling apart. The location was "meh" but the hotel was a good value for exploring the nearby coastal towns.

Hotel was under renovation. Rooms and hallways looked and smelled very clean and the rooms were comfortable.

Noise from highway, room faced renovations and highway but we weren't in the room long enough to request a change.

Did not take advantage of breakfast. I liked the size and spaciousness of room with king bed and privacy for guest staying in the suite. Plenty of counter space with extra space for coffee and the second sink. We had a small balcony i wish the weather was warmer to take advantage, but still a nice feature to have outside space.

You have to request housekeeping when you check in. It's only every other day. Everyday I had to go get clean towels from the front desk. Even when I asked the staff to take the trash, I had to bag it up and bring it to her in the hallway with my dirty towels.

The breakfast place was very good. Like the added option with room.

I stayed for 2 nights. After 1st night of stay, second day I asked for room clean service. Desk guy told me that its every alternate day so we cant do it today. Seriously ? This is first time I heard like that, every alternate day means I had to check-out the other day. Not happy with that.

Cleanliness . They gave us the wrong set of keys twice for the two rooms we had ? Also there was nit a hairdryer in the bathroom .

The lighting in the room was not very good. Room decor was very dark. The curved sofa in the room took up too much room and appears it chosen more for its design than for practicality. I hate the pilot stick faucet. Again, chosen for design appearances and the fact that the installer only had to drill one hole in the counter top. I put these comments in the wrong section. What did we like——— the desk people and the cleaning staff were very nice. Loved the customer laundry facilities!

The guest rooms furniture and heating units need to be updated and serviced. Carpeted areas seem dingy and old.

The main lobby is pleasing to the eye. Front desk employee was very welcoming and professional.

While the drive to the casino was only around 10 minutes, it would’ve been great if there was shuttle service.

Location is great as we were there for a concert at Mohican Sun.

The breakfast facilities were very poor and it was not clear what you could have as part of your included breakfast package. We were not told that the breakfast package consisted of just one breakfast item and one drink, so having chosen a juice each, which we thought would be standard, we were then told we had to pay for coffee, and having to pay for a cup to drink your juice from was ridiculous. Not at all what we experienced in the other seven hotels we stayed in on our tour of New England

Mateo on reception was really friendly and helpful and advised us well on our room choice. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and had an ice bucket and fridge with ice making facilities on each floor. The room was definitely good value for money.

The suites were located under the lobby on the basement level. The Landscaping crew woke us up leaf blowing before 9am on Sunday morning which was unacceptable for a hotel stay. Limited channels to watch on TV and the TVs were on the smaller side.

The suite matched the description and pictures on the website. It was clean and spacious. It had a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There was a couch and two chairs in the separate living room area. Very easy to get on and off of the highway. Eleven minutes away from Mohegan Sun. Conveniently located!

Didn’t interact much with staff but the front desk could have been more friendly when checking in/out.
