The shower or toilet in general could use an update. Also, there aren't any coffee machines or complimentary tea in the room, or in the facility.

The location and the bed were great, and the hotel living room was also super comfortable.

Location was a bit rough (going away from Union Square) but still felt safe and justified by the price point - you’d pay much more for these rooms in a different part of town!

Great room, bathroom, amenities. All v clean and comfortable. Complimentary wine on arrival and coffee each morning was a nice touch. Would happily stay here again whenever in SF.

Adjacent restaurant. Basic cost for our breakfast - 2 x omelettes plus 2 coffees was approx total $55 - final price with all charges was $86. Would not eat there again. Staff not that friendly and most expensive in San Fran.

I really liked this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Checking in was really easy after a long haul flight. The location was great. Very close to the centre of san Francisco. Our room was spacious and comfortable The bar/restaurant area was very chilled and inviting. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting San fransisco.

The room maintenance was not good — I reported that the bathtub drain was clogged, but the issue was never resolved during my stay.

Great central location, right by Union Square. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you would expect from a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice complimentary coffee to take away in the morning. Great place to use as a base for exploring the city.

Property was clean and well run. The only slight downfall is the location. But it should not be a deterrent as there was no danger.

We were given 2 drink vouchers for the in house restaurant at check in and when we went to use them, one of the restaurant staff was rude, so we left and reported it to the hotel reception and the lady gave us a bottle of wine in compensation.

Nice hotel in the Union Square area of San Francisco, with a great bed and a well equipped gym for those that want to exercise.

The location was great for restaurants and shopping and very easy for transportation to the attractions. The hotel itself was very comfortable and quiet and the staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend.

We were upgraded to a junior suite, which was great. Complimentary water each day in reusable bottles. Great location for Union Square and Powell. Staff were helpful and polite. Huge comfy beds.

Parking was very expensive ($75 a night plus tax) 1 block away from the tenderloin

Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel but sadly only a block or so away is an area where there’s lots of homeless people - something to be aware of as a tourist coming to San Francisco.

Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved getting the refillable water bottles as well as free coffee before 10am. Close to shops such as Macy’s and close to the cable car. Right near theatres and some good cafes and restaurants such as Heist and Tonton.
