the shower in our room was not cleaned proper some hair left in the shower tv only had few select channels only one elevator for guests to use wifi was not to good room door was kinda hard to open or close

The breakfast was under par. Limited options and unhealthy. You had to request to get your room cleaned, the pool was freezing cold, and the jacuzzi super hot.

I like that you could park for free and that it was pet friendly.

It was very challenging to find parking, especially for a larger vehicle. Breakfast was okay, just needed some kind of protein, and the coffee dispenser wasn’t working.

The room was nice, and we enjoyed that there was a fireplace in the room. The facility was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the pool area, but the strong chemicals were very harsh for my kids and caused rashes on the skin.

The lady at the front desk. She didn’t t greet us, and we were the only ones in there. She seemed to be irritated to be working and she was short .. she needs to not be the one interacting with your guests ..

It was a decent stay, not too good. Number 1 the lock is not functioning properly, we have to insert the card multiple times before it will work. Secondly, the breastfast is so-so. They have bread & cofee. And the room was not that spacious.

The upkeep of the room could have been a lot better.. you can tell there was a significant amount of water damage in the bathroom especially around the tub. Plus I think even our toilet had a slow leak coming from somewhere. And the beds could have been more comfortable, my husband and I woke up almost every morning with a sore back, neck and shoulder.. plus the little patio seating area needs a gardener ASAP so many weeds.. my family and I couldn't enjoy it due to the weeds being so over grown.

I liked the staff, everyone we ran into was really nice especially all of the front desk check in and out employees.. the location of the hotel was perfect for everything my family and I did out in Monterey..

The rooms they allocated were right on the main road so really noisy despite us requesting in advance rooms in a quiet location. Staff were not that pleasant.

The breakfast was just ok. There was no fruit some of the days, and yogurt for the first two days, and then none. Decaf coffee would have been nice.

The room was fine, but the heater was kind of hard to control. We liked the hot tub. The mall across the street was convenient for restaurants.

Room was loud. Any time above floor flushed or used water, it sound like it was in our room. Bed was loud and uncomfortable especially for us getting an along suite.

I didn’t like the fact they advertised breakfast and it’s cold food (cereal/bagel)…This place charges more then Best western and you don’t even get a breakfast comparable

Bathroom in our room needed a good refurbishment. Plastic cutlery at breakfast.

Easy to find and plenty of free parking. Lovely, helpful lady on the front desk. Easy location for Montary & Carmel-by-the-sea.
