Noisy at night. I booked in advance and requested 3rd floor but they did not grant my request and I could not sleep until 4am.

Black paint, black carpet, black drapes, noise from nightclub below my room, plus paying $26.50/night to park in an outdoor vacant lot partially submerged from rain puddles, which IMO should be included in their rate. I’ve stayed at MUCH nicer hotels for a lot less $

I would say if you are looking for a QUIET place. STAY AWAY. If you don't mind that, it is a good option. (There is nightclubs downstairs) Except for one of the staff member. I think everyone was nice.

Location has his pros and cons. It is close to many restaurants. The area is very nice and safe. Room was clean and the decoration, even though it wasn't what I was expecting, was cool. Affordability compare to other options in the area. Close to the pier. 7 minutes driving. The gentleman at the front desk was always nice and willing to help.

A loud noise randomly sounded off coming from an upper area of the side wall in the bathroom. I could hear someone talking loudly and coughing through the door thinking it was a person standing in the hallway but when i opened the door to check it out, I discovered that it was coming from inside the room across from mine. The talking and coughing was happening at 6 am when I was not ready to be awake, so that was surprising with how easily you can hear across the hallway.

If you park…KEEP THE PAPER ON THE DASH! Ours fell to the floor with the wind…and got towed, even though we registered and paid for the few night stay, every time we stay. Really put a damper on our trip. Platform under bed is larger than bed so you WILL GET A BLOODY ANKLE when you hit it more than once…since it is painted dark and hard to see. I wish they would just cut the corners off and let the mattress be the bumper.

The room was small. As was pointed out to us, the bed base protrudes about 6 inches beyond the mattress and is painted black like the carpet. Yes, we tripped over it and stubbed our toes. It would not cost much to put right - just sort it! The tiny wash basin in the corner of the room was cramped and inconvenient - but the toilet/shower room was too small to accommodate a sink. And a gay hotel room without a full length mirror ?!? There was plenty of wall space for one. The pool area is great but we would have appreciated quieter music in the afternoon so that we could relax, read a book, chat to people, whatever. Yes club volume at night or for pool parties but not all day every day.

Very funky gay establishment. The staff were very friendly. We took advantage of the cheese and wine hour every night - very generous and good wine. Continental breakfast was fine with good coffee. The location is good with plenty of bars and eateries nearby - including the hotel's own bar on the ground floor. Be sure to take advantage of the 2-for-1 drinks from noon to 9pm. Bus stops nearby for the cheap bus to the beach.

The room was quite dark because of blackout shades and the proximity of the building next-door. The shower could use some work and the water pressure was really poor.

Sadly, some of the bartenders need to take a Service Industry class. Here is a question: why do you offer the happy hour tokens if some bartenders are giving attitude or fully ignore you when redeeming them?

The front desk staff were all friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The food was good and delivered quickly. Pool area was clean with a great set up. Bartender Jesse was great and kept checking on us for drinks. The Cocktail Club was great!

It’s a pretty no-frills room but it didn’t matter. What they had was nice, everything was clean and well cared for and the staff were incredible. The atmosphere was cute, naughty and fun. It was all around very welcoming and the whole experience was great. Would do again.

I am a 62-year-old straight woman and happened upon this hotel by accident. It was definitely an obvious gay hotel once I came in, with very explicit art and objects around so at first I was caught off guard;) But…..I really enjoyed myself & all the staff was very outgoing,sweet and helpful! They made me feel very welcome, In spite of the fact I wasn’t gay & the only woman there at the time. It was a nice facility with a lovely pool, quiet & comfortable room! They had complimentary wine and cheese in the evening, and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. I would come back again and suggest it to gay or straight people.

The room is kind of small and the shower very narrow. Sink is also super small. The parking is kind of overpriced. Breakfast is just Coffee and muffins nothing major.

The bar and pool are great.
