United StatesThe tv didn’t work it turned on however you couldn’t not change channels There was no phone line the phone is there for decoration purpose it didn’t work. There was only hot water to shower with no cold unless you wait a long while for the hot water to run thru. Also I think they need more umbrellas outside in the pool.

United StatesThey were out of towels the entire time we were by the pool and the pool looked kind of cloudy. Maybe best to enforce people shower before they get in. The breakfast menu was somewhat limited and the omlette was a little to salty. Also it used to be that there werent pets and children. We came there for a getaway to celebrate our anniversary and it was a little less relaxing to be surrounded by children. We left ours with grandma so we could have some r’n’r or atleast try to!
We have been going to this hotel since before they changed names. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy. Staff were very professional. Drinks were good!

United StatesThere are two pools, one is the loud party pool and the other is a “quiet” pool yet they still played music all day. The crowds at both pools were loud, messy, and wasted. There were several posted rules about the pool area that nobody followed including but not limited to; no outside water bottles, no personal floaties, no use of personal speakers. I also spied a lot of non-guests sneaking in so the lack of security is apparent. In my room the shower never warmed up, got to lukewarm at best. Then the AC stopped working on my last night. As the sun came up it got hot and uncomfortable really fast, the hotel staff tried to figure it out but clearly it was never going to work.

United StatesWe had been here 2 years ago, that time the hotel was excellent, but this time everything was going wrong , starting from checking in (there was big , line about 20 people and only 3 registers open) then they give us wrong room, then we finely in the pool trying to find towels , and was shocked no towels, they said it's gonna be here in 20 minutes, 30 minutes past no towels, 1 hour no towels, and at the end of the day not any towels arrived, pool area was unsupervised , people were eating in the pool, water was all cheeps and other food 🙄 so we went to the room. I am glad I stayed here only for one night. And I paid $150 for a night. No more coming back.

United StatesOur AC was messed up and kept us up all night. The next day the front desk called for maintenance but we had to leave the room while it was repaired. The bathtub didn’t have a drain stopper. There was a water leak in the bottom Floor so the hallway had a funky smell.
The pool was beautiful! Staff was super friendly!

United StatesCheck in was HORRIBLE our room was not available until an hour after check in. We arrived early and we were told we could not check in early but check in was at 4 pm. When we came back at 4 pm made a huge line just to be told once again our room was not ready..... we waited until 5 pm and at that point i had lost my patience so I approached the front desk they really never called me back. Besides that it wa so over crowded definitely way to many people for just 2 small swimming pools and it was also Extremely Hot this weekend and there Ice machines were out of order. Overall HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE!
What was positive about it they have a restaurant and convenience store in case you are hungry.

United Statesour shower would fill up over ankle deep when using. became slimy by the second day due to soap scum drying in the floorpan. both pools ran out of towels by 1 pm and guests were very frustrated. saw some guests taking up to 4-5 for each person. should hand out 2 per guest if not enough towels. obvious pool area not hosed down or anything picked up over night. should make oe pool for families and one for adults. was hit in the head by a football being thrown around and also had a couple of $20 cocktails knocked over. not relaxing at all.
variety of cocktails, the staff was fantastic even though you could tell short staffed, food was good.

United StatesWe had some problems with our room. We requested a new room. But we were told that they were at full capacity, but they were gonna be more than happy to give us a new one the next day. We got another room but until 6 pm the next day. My kids and my husband waited at the pool. But since we took our pet. I had to stay with my pet without a room for a few hours. It was uncomfortable and extremely hot. The wait was ridiculous. The manager said I was gonna get compensated but I never got a call back. The least they could have done was to extend our checkout time.

United StatesThis place is HORRIBLE!!!! they had us standing for 1 hr plus to check in August 31,2025, just for them to tell us they had no rooms AVAILABLE TO CHECK IN. remind you, check-in time is at 4 pm. It was 5:10pm they expected us to wait, who knows , and when to check in. Because the male who was supposed to help us said housekeepers had 150 rooms to clean? Okay, I understand. Then why have you checked in guarantee at 4 pm? The 4 girls working the front desk aside from the male all had little attitudes while helping angry upset customers. My reservation was cxl! Because they had no room ready to accommodate us. We had a toddler who was sleepy after the long drive management wasn't "able to be found" as always they hide and let front desk take the blame. Management needs to be held responsible for failing to have everything ready to accommodate paying customers. If they know they are going to be busy, CALL MORE PEOPLE TO WORK THAT DAY. All the front desks are slow workers who want to call you later instead of trying to accommodate you to check in to your room. DON'T STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE WAITING OVER 2 HRS FOR YOUR ROOM AFTER 4 PM CHECK IN. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I ASKED FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME AND OF COURSE HE WONT! WE GO BACK TO POOR MANAGEMENT.
