There were a few times we found ourselves waiting longer than expected at the front desk and for valet service. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it felt a bit dated. For the price point, it would go a long way to offer a few more amenities, and the pool was smaller than we anticipated based on the website photos.

The main house was beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows. We loved the bar (especially our server, Max) and enjoyed sitting on the porch. Every staff member we interacted with was kind and welcoming.

Only Moab was lift broke so we had to carry all our luggage down three flights of straits on last day otherwise couldn’t fault it

Over the historic set up and the aesthetic of the place - so quaint and well located Loved coffee in lobby and barman was cool

No desk in the bedroom. That was a problem since we have conf calls late evening or early morning. The car valet process was ok (only one car at a time can get in, the rest wait in line on the street, there are two ways to pay for valet and that is confusing since the app requires to enter a card number to be able to get your car back. Also the app set by default a wrong check out date and it felt like I would be charged two nights instead of one. But it was quickly fixed). Breakfast was very good .. but the food came very slowly... This said overall we were very happy.

Fantastic location, very nice hotel and rooms. Quiet. Would definitely come again. Also we were there at low season and had a great price.

Cute boutique hotel in an awesome location right off MLK and the Drag. Two blocks from decent Pho restaurant. Easy to get in/out with valet app. Staff was friendly, responsive and helpful especially Cory at front desk! Small fridge in the room was a bonus. Room was good size too - stayed in the double queen. Didn’t get to try the Goodall Kitchen but heard it’s good.

Was looking forward to a chill afternoon around pool after a weekend full of wedding festivities. A private party had it closed. They offered another pool to swim at, but we just wanted to relax. Was going to enjoy veranda and coffee, but people having professional photos taken all over kept us from that. And not a negative, but would love to know why a full size taxidermy lion is in an out of the way hallway cove. And 48$ on top of stay for valet...

The room got so hot! We had the AC on all night but due to the position of the bed vs the angle of the unmovable vent, the air never reached us so we sweat all night long. Also, they told us the day before we arrived that the pool would be shut down for a party (which turned out to be for a plastic surgery company). Was bummed about that-our family wanted to swim. Lastly, the room was very small. The bathroom even smaller. Small like the door opened with just enough room to not hit the toilet small.

The main building was beautiful, but you don’t stay there. You stay in a side building. The hotel is walking distance to a corner grocery store, fast food and Moody Center. Bar staff were amazing!

We would have liked an in room coffee maker, but the espresso machine was ok. A microwave would also be nice.

The room had a smell like a chemical. It made me sneeze a lot and my eyes water. Also, the restaurant wasn't open for dinenr. We were only there one night and would have liked to have had that option.

The rooms are a little run down and need to be updated. Also, the pool was not secured by keycard and someone not staying at the hotel walked in and used the pool while we were there.

The location is right next to West Campus and very convenient to the main campus.

One didn’t have easy access to the car 24/7. Very early hour check out, even though we gave all the heads up, was problematic.
