the apartment was horrible, the 1 bathroom we had to use most of our towels for the toilet leaking we even had to ask for more towels to put around the toilet. It was leaking so bad reported it 2 times they never brought maintenance up to fix it, we had to ask for toilet paper and change three of our beds that were never changed. The worst part was the security.Both doors were easy just to pop open with a card. We had multiple people trying to open the bottom Door that didn't even lock Going out to the boardwalk. very outdated porches feel like they are leaning. they need to clean

The lamps were all broken in the apartment or falling apart. I asked for clean towels to be delivered & they weren't I had to go to front desk to retrieve them. Was told to let dirty towels by front door to be picked up and there weren't. So the pile of dirty towel stayed by the front door. There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. There was a bullet hole in the glass window of the one guest room. The floors made your feet black & dirty.

The hair in the bathroom. The food trash between the bedside and side tables. The toothbrush on the floor as well as broken soap in the bowl. The main tub in the 102 apartment never shuts off so you take a bath and a shower at the same time. I know we are at the beach but how much sand can be found in an apartment? Talk about poor remodeling. 12 hole patches. I don’t even know if this place could pass for section 8 as there aren’t even screens in the windows? One tv in the entire apartment the kitchen was about the only thing clean besides the left over fuse pods and charger. We stayed one night for almost 600 dollars and I truly regret this option. I live 1.5 hours away and should have just drove back home and dealt with the cost of parking fees all day. Never again will we stay at the majestic. It was nice to have a place to sleep. But feeling like sandpaper is the only thing that will get me clean at this point

Being on the boardwalk is convenient and it saves you the cost of parking fees and timers. However

It was not on the boardwalk, it was a block away, which I was unaware of during booking. Not good for handicap persons. There was an ant problem in the kitchen so we couldn’t keep any food on the counter. They were aware of it, but did nothing to resolve it. None of the silverware was clean & there was no dish soap. The place was completely run down, moldy, dirty. Beds did not have matress protectors, but there were no signs of bed bugs. There’s no daily house keeping with the apartments. We had to ask for towels almost every day. There were no trash bags to take out the trash. The upstairs neighbors were horrible loud & their washing machine drained out the window right by our porch. The $15 a day parking was excessive since you’re either parking in a very tight, almost impossible to turn around in lot, or your in a stone lot.

The location & set up of the apartment was great. 3 bedrooms, larger dining room. Good view of the sun set on bayside. Block walk to the beach & boardwalk. 2 blocks to bayside. There were convenient stores close by. Pool was a good temp & very refreshing. Parking isn’t horrible as long as you don’t park in the main lot.

For some reason every time you walked into the room it had a weird odor. after you were in the room for a minute you couldn't smell anything.

We found a lot of things inside apt. -An old can of pop under a couch with straw still inside - someone’s hair extensions under living room lamp table - an old rusty pair of hoop earrings on windowsill - stubbed our feet on tile in laundry room area.. very loose - bigger bedroom with air conditioner leaked lots of water, curtains and floor soaked, black mold - front entrance near pool air conditioner didn’t work: told staff.. never had maintenance show to fix when told they would. - could be cleaned better the entire unit.

Cleanliness was horrible. There was mold and the AC vent was leaking water all over the bed in one of the bedrooms. We had to move the bed to the other side of the room. The microwave and other areas of the apartment were very dirty and you could tell that the "cleaning" staff only wipe up around things somewhat. The front porch wasn't even swept up and had debris left on it.

Down fall was the apartment is very out dated. The TV didn't work in the family room. The hot water tank kept turning off so we would have to keep calling guest services to get hot water majority of our stay. The apartment definitely needed a good cleaning. The sofa beds were both broke and had food under the cushions.

The apartment was very spacious and a great location. The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part.
