The room that was booked for us, I’m sure it was cleaned but it didn’t feel clean, then the main light in the room wasn’t working, the heater/ac in the room was VERY loud when it was kicking on/off seems like it needs to be replaced. I don’t think housekeeping came to our room at all while we were out, didn’t get fresh towels-had to go to the desk to ask for more towels. And a warning would of been nice that our room was right by the pool, when you’re trying to sleep after a long drive-it’s hard to do that when you hear kids screaming/splashing around in the pool.

The TV was falling off the wall was limited to two towels to the room when asked for more wall had water stains and cracks on them drows was missing handles park lot needs to be redone holes all over it

Certain staff members there were unprofessional. Was also told by them that "they didn't care" about guest requests. Which I felt was extremely inconsiderate as a paying customer. Wasn't able to enjoy my stay very much.

It was dirty, smelled funny in the halls, I had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were dirty or something didn’t work in them. The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. If I wasn’t going to get charged for canceling I wouldn’t have stayed there. Will not go back to this hotel. They need to do major updates and deep cleanings.

It smelled strong of cigarettes and our room had bed bugs then they gave us a new room and that room had roaches. The pool was filthy and then our room key randomly stopped working

I didn't stay I walked in and smelled mildew mold musk I asked if there were pets My wife said her stomach hurt two steps into the room We went back to the front desk and gave them their keys and drove around for an hour trying to find a new place to stay Everything was expensive and over booked because we just exited the freeway - exhausted - What I didn't like the most was the days inn causing me to repack my tired family and start over We couldn't even spend that night and start over in the morning We HAD to leave immediately

Nothing! It wasn't clean the tub was peeling and it had broken glass though out the carpet. The pool was not sanitized every day.

The beds had stains the towels had stains the tub was so nasty and messed up we didnt want to take showers but we had to do we stood on towels when I asked for cleaning supplies for the tub they didn't have any. The pool was very nasty They didn't have any tissue what kind of hotel runs out of tissue and on top of that the balcony was so small you couldn't even take 2 steps and the railing was loose

There were some roaches and it smelled of cigarette smoke. There were stains on my curtains. I feel like the room could have been cleaner. The vending machine was broke. It wasn't a really horrible stay, we made the best of it , but I won't be going back.
