Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was excellent! I liked that they came around the next day and asked if we needed anything. Room was on the small side and no chair to sit but it served its purpose.

They were not opening up the pool on time we had to ask when they were going to open it up and the soda. machine did not work.

Wifi went out unable to get back on the two kids channel didn't work Disney and Nickelodeon station didn't work while we were there.

Parking was a bit of an issue but nothing major. The traffic noise is something you need to get used to.

Close proximity to the boardwalk and shops. The aircon was however the star of the stay.

The motel was everything we needed - the rooms and bathroom are super small - luckily we could put stuff under the bed for storage.

The location of the motel is only a block away from the boardwalk and beach. The staff was awesome and housekeeping checked in on us everyday which was great.

Lack of towel bars/garment hooks. There was space to hang clothing but no hangers were provided. Bathroom door was a sliding solid panel door that seemed a bit small and did not have a handle. (None of which were MAJOR issues but would be easily improved)

The beds were a bit on the uncomfortable side and the shower was very small with not so good water pressure.

Very close to the boardwalk! Although right off the strip it was pleasantly quiet! Our air conditioner stopped blowing cold and the staff responded very quickly to get us another one!!

We were impressed by everything this place had to offer for the price point.

Loved the staff, location and it was very clean for being a motel. Would have loved somewhere to sit in the room, but we had camping chairs that worked well. Can't beat the location, cleanliness, and pool with a family looking to do all things downtown. It was easy enough to travel to midtown as we charted a fishing trip and enjoyed breakfast there. The pizza shop not even a block away was excellent too! We were really only in our room to sleep and reset/refresh between activities. The pool was a nice bonus. Ac was super cold, fridge was cold, shower was nice! We also loved the sun deck. We loved sipping the complimentary coffee in the morning and our kids loved it at night to finish their boardwalk desserts and people watch.

The only thing I would suggest is in the 2 queen beds rooms to have another mirror or side table. There is only one super small mirror in the tiny bathroom.

This is our "go-to" place. Very clean, small room with enough of what you need, great location downtown. Only 1/2 block to the boardwalk and bus stop. Each housekeeping staff member (with the exception of one) was so nice and polite and stopped each day to see if we needed anything. Front desk staff are super nice as well. Small clean pool.

There's not much to not like. For the price paid everything was great.
