Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of this hotel was pretty perfect. We could walk around the block to get on the subway. It was super cute with a great aesthetic.

From the minute I walked in I was greet by Alex at the front desk with a smile and very attentive while I shared we wanted to leave our luggage before checking in. Alex, proactively checked us in early and we started to have a great conversation regarding their facilities, restaurants, cafes and more. Kara and Naermah were the nicest one when we were checking out. Engaging in our next trip conversation and sharing great places to visit.

We had a super return visit to Made - after a family visit from Ireland last year. The staff were excellent, so friendly and kind. Nothing was an issue and all members of staff we met around the hotel were so helpful. We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade & bottle of bubbles as return guests. United KingdomThe bathroom door needs to be looked at - I fully closed it whilst having a shower and found myself stuck in there. We prised it open in the end, but it needs a more substantial handle! Also, the signage on the outside of the building could be clearer.
The hotel was aesthetically pleasing and the staff were really friendly - when we checked in we'd just missed the complimentary wine period, but were given some anyway, which was a lovely surprise after a long journey! The bed was super comfortable and the complimentary toiletries in the room were lush.

This hotel is incredible! The location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Penn Station. The rooms are stylish, not your standard cookie-cutter hotel look. They are gorgeous with very comfortable beds and luxurious showers. They were also quiet and had a good view. The staff was wonderful, we were celebrating a birthday and they left a nice note and a sweet treat for the birthday girl, which was so incredibly thoughtful. They were also very accommodating. We arrived early to drop off our bags, but they let us check into one room early which gave us a chance to freshen up before heading out on the town. We also requested to have the rooms on the same floor, and they gave us neighboring rooms - above and beyond!

IrelandThe hotel is well located with less than a ten min walk to Penn station. There are some nice restaurants and grocery/drug stores nearby for supplies. The wifi worked well. The shower pressure is excellent. The hotel extended our check out by two hours which helped us get everything sorted before our trip to the airport. The bed is very comfortable but on a platform about two feet off the floor instead of a traditional bed frame. This was fine for us as a couple in our early 40s but might not suit an older person or anyone who has difficulty getting on/off low surfaces.

United StatesThe lounge was incredibly crowded at all times - we couldn't find seats for all three of us to gather. I also wish there was a more substantive option for breakfast or coffee in the room.
The room itself was nice - comfy bed, clean, strong wifi. The location is also great - close to Penn Station and accessible to the subway, and close to restaurants - making it easy to get around.
