The shower curtain was a little short. Water kept coming out onto the floor because of this.

Property is very clean and very modern. The beds and location make this place ideal for everyone.

No wash cloths in the rooms and the shower head had 5-6 streams of water, so that was annoying. The faucet and stop in the tub you could move around freely, same with the sink. It needed to be secured. I’ve stayed in lower end hotels and had bigger TVs for a smaller room. Not that we watched much but it was tiny and the remote back was black electrical tape and no TV guide.

Great location, nice staff, good amenities, and it was clean. The room was nice and cold but more blankets would have been nice - we were freezing! They gave us body wash, shampoo + conditioner in one. It was also nice that we got a free drink next door at Kobe and we could easily walk to shops/dining across the street. Ride share was cheap to get to the parks too.

Cleanliness in some areas could be improved. The carpet and floor did not look properly cleaned, with some dust and hair noticeable around the room. The sink still had remains from what seemed to be a previous guest’s shaving, and the toilet door had some sticky smudges. Overall, while the stay was comfortable and the service excellent, better attention to detail in cleaning would greatly enhance the guest experience.

The beds were clean and nicely made, and the room included all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. Customer service was also wonderful—friendly and attentive, which really made a difference.

wear slippers. The floor is not cleaned daily and left my socks black. Even when I asked for attention to clean the floor, I was not helped.

No elevator and they had booked us on the 4tth floor. We could change the next day to the 2nd but we didn’t as the problem was the luggage carrying to 4th which we had to do. Confusion with the deposit at the checkin. Double holding the deposit of 50$\night by mistake. Booking didn’t answer to our messages for our concearns about that. Only AI suggesting to talk to the property. We booked with booking & we wished to speak with booking. Thank god at our check out there was that guy from the accounts willing to help us with the confusion, he solved it and made us feel we would go again or recommend the property to others

Clean rooms and towels every day. Bathroom sink out of the toilet which we found useful. Nice location close to Icon park and other places. Very good breakfast for all 4 of us, without vouchers etc. shuttle bus for Universal studios, and more(not Disney). They give you daily schedule buy you have to ask reception were exactly to stand to take the bus(don’t wait in the lobby or out of it. Ask the receptionist they will tell you). Friendly staff

Given a fourth floor room. No working lift and bugs in room. We had to be moved. Moved next to a nightclub.

Nice pool area, friendly staff, breakfast was good. Little more choice would be welcomed.

There was construction near the hotel, and the sound woke me up very early. But I imagine it's temporary. I hope the construction is over if I go again. ☺️

The location of this hotel is very good. If you want to have fun, go for a walk, or eat well, it's all here. The hotel isn't luxurious, but it has all the amenities you need if you want to save money. The breakfast is very good, and the cleanliness is excellent. I must say that the bed was incredibly comfortable. I slept so well, very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel. The service was excellent.

The towels were changed daily, but the room floor wasn't entirely clean. When you use the shower, the whole bathroom gets wet.

Excellent location, good breakfast (eggs, pancakes, bacon, cereal, bread). The staff was always willing to help.

What I didn’t like was the smell in the room. It was very strange. We stayed on the first floor.
