Great place for 3 people, in an amazing location just steps from the beach. We had a great time!

I could text any requests and received responses in a timely fashion.

I had no dislikes.

The position is fantastic, just a walk from Ocean Drive. Being Miami Beach parking is never easy , but the Owner gave us all indications. Apartment was 100% as described, really clean and the bathroom is large and very smart. You have a small kitchen that is very useful and big balcony. The Owner was extremely nice and available for all informations needed.

The host is a delight, she was always looking after us. The suite is unbeatable, taking care of every detail for a stay full of comfort and pleasure. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Location, Location, Location! This is a great find - a well equipped apartment with a pool and within walking distance of Miami Beach. Frost, the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and was on hand to make our stay very comfortable. The beach/pool towels and beach chairs & umbrella were such a great addition. During the week the pool was quiet with plenty of seating. The large balcony was great for the family and even included 2 sun loungers and chairs. The bathroom was spacious with 2 sinks and a good shower. I agree with previous comments about the dated decor but they are in the process of decorating the communal corridors and the workman were quiet and did not interfere with our stay. Check in and check out were easy. Security and receptionist were present. Amenities are close by, Starbucks across the road and other eateries. We cannot fault the location of this condo - the surrounding area of Miami Beach is beautiful.

Avoid this place at all costs. The entire description is a lie. They rented rooms in a 2-star hotel, slapped a new listing on it, and called it 4-star. For “four stars” you get a toothless concierge — literally — plus zero service, filthy sheets, curtains covered in grime, and a “renovation” that looks like it was done by someone with no skills whatsoever. The so-called 4-star comfort comes with a bottle of Prosecco — I have no idea if that’s a “compliment” or something they expect you to pay for. Don’t believe a single word in this listing. This is pure crap and hands down the worst hotel experience of my life.

The appartement is very well located, close to the beach, ocean drive and shoppings and restaurants by foot The complex has a nice pool, and the appartement was nice and perfect for a family of 3. We had an issue with AC at the beginning, but the host, Frost, went above and beyond to fix it.

Hotel parking is very expensive ($50 per night), use a public parking close by on the 16th or 13th ($20 per night). Frost let us know in advance thankfully.

The location is perfect, so close to everything. The room was excellent, large enough to accommodate a family, and had a large, shaded balcony. The amenities in the room, including beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella, were more than enough. The second story, accessible from the balcony, features a private rooftop that includes a jacuzzi, sunbeds, a small wet bar, a table, and chairs, offering a beautiful ocean view. Furthermore, Frost is a great host.

Loved everything but the jacuzzi didn’t work so I was sad but it was still wonderful.

The apartment is perfect!!!! Organized, cleaned, amazing location. Easy check in and check out! Frost is a lovely host who provided all assistance. Highly recommended!!!

I stayed in Frost's PH4. This was my favorite of the places I've stayed on my month long road trip and I can't find anything affordable to compare for the rest of my stays. It was a short walk to Miami Beach, but I could also see the beach from the private jacuzzi. Below that was another sitting area that was completely shaded and private. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were adjustable tv's in front of the bed and also the couch. The bathroom was huge and the shower was exquisite. Three different sources of water and a place to sit. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The kitchen had a bar, fridge, and nespresso machine. There was also plenty of coffee shops and food nearby. Playa Cafe was my favorite. Frost was a wonderful host, but the Z Ocean staff were wonderful too.

Ideally located from South Beach. Great restaurants available near by. The Roman tub on the roof was a heavenly way to end the day after exploring! Would 100% stay here again.

Nothing it was exactly what we needed.

Apartment itself was excellent, had everything you could need.

The lobby/hotel area and corridors were something resembling a very dated cheap motel. Please were called to a disturbance in the apartment opposite twice on the same night. Signs saying corridors were due for refurbishment, but no evidence.
