Room was still dirty, stinky, muggy, floors sticky, bathroom toilet n shower/tub dirty. I paid $90.?? first night on the 12th was suppose to be $50 or so thru booking.com, I'm still here and hoping to find a better one. I'm paying $400.00 / week. My check out date is July 27th. I ended up cleaning up the entire room myself. Buying cleaning products and cleaning tools.

The price is so high charged us 13% tax on top of the price we agreed upon through booking. It’s expensive not worth on our money. The person that checked us in not friendly and did not explain to us that there is tax to be charged

The property is ok. The location is next to the street. Lots of homeless walking around the property we are not comfortable. We saw a guy fighting and yelling when were in the parking lot.

The room and sheets was clean, but the bed covers and seats were badly stained. The TV had half the channels under a parental lock. The front desk clerk said he'd come look at it when his shift was over; so no on-site maintenance, and from his tone, no confidence in the clerk! 20 minutes of internet research and playing with the remote and I had it fixed myself.

The room look like it. It still needed work on because the ceiling was coming apart. The wall had some water damage. I had to ask the front desk if they could fix the toilet and shower because it looked like it was about to break, and when get back home, I discovered that I was bitten by bedbugs, which made me clean my whole luggage and my house, so I will not be coming to this place ever again, sorry

bad area. as we’re we’re getting out of our vehicle we were approached by sketchy people. parking lot had several people roaming, felt very unsafe. We ended up leaving and relocating.

Roaches, broken security latch on door, broken toilet flushing lever, ceiling issues, nonworking exhaust fan in bathroom. Had more pictures but wasn't able to load the all.

When I got there the neighborhood was not kind and I asked about whether it was safe for me to be there. She was very kind and said I could go somewhere else and get my money back. I didn't think I would find anything because of the Festival in town. She said she would put me in a room upstairs next to her children's room. There were many transients in the parking lot and the lot next to the hotel. All night there were sirens and sometimes people running down the hall and knocking/beating on doors. I did not sleep at all and I had to catch a plane in the morning.

The bathroom area seemed dirty and dingy. We didn’t feel safe in the area and booked a different hotel for the remainder of our stay. The hotel and area didn’t feel clean so we didn’t feel comfortable.

The door locked and the there were two beds with plenty of space around them.
