Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesOnly negative experience I had with the property was there was a wasp nest under the porch, but the grounds and maintenance staff were quick to come assist us and take care of the issue!
Very convenient location and loved that our pets were able to stay with us! Staff were very communicative and the campground was well kept as well as this rental. We will definitely return in the future!

United StatesWe wished the pool was open later but due to liabilities we understand.
We lived that it was close enough to others but far enough away not to be on top of each other. The tiny space was perfect.

United StatesIt was the perfect space for my family of 3 & our puppy! There was even a pet bed & food dishes ready for our arrival. We will definitely book again!

United StatesThe place was very clean and very nice. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. The only negative things I can say are that the check-in instructions were not clear at all, and the beds were pretty uncomfortable. Nowhere near a deal breaker, though.

United StatesStaying here with our small dog was so much better than a hotel. It was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely be coming back.

United StatesNutshell version: horrible customer service (mainly after hours, and the open hours posted in the room and email are wrong), and sour smell in the bathroom. Explanation (though still shortened): When we arrived extremely late Saturday (super early Sunday), there was a moldy, sour smell in the bathroom of our unit (C). It smelled like someone had left a wet towel or old, wet mophead sitting out. I wiped things down with cleaner in case but it still Smelled. Being pregnant, the smell was extremely bothersome to say the least. I lost sleep and was more nauseated because of it. When I spoke to the lady in the office on Sunday, she was so kind and immediately sent someone over to set up an ozone machine while we left (which helped some). She said we could have called even in the middle of the night because someone was always available (we discovered this isn’t the case.) The lady said if the ozone didn’t take care of things they would be able to move us to a different unit. But later that afternoon/evening I realized the odor was still there despite the ozone machine. I called back and a second maintenance man came and said he didn’t smell anything and they wouldn’t move us just because. He insisted that all he smelled was ozone, to which I replied I know what ozone smells like as we actually use an ozone laundry machine, and that’s not what I was smelling. I asked him to speak with someone else because whether or not he smelled it, I did and it was very bothersome. He said he’d get back with me, he never did. We called the maintenance line later and left a message but they still never got back with us. Over an hour of our evening waiting, wasted. The next day, still no message returned. TBH, I could have been more aggressive/assertive about it, but since they were aware of it, I didn’t want to waste our Dollywood day arguing with maintenance and moving.
This was hard to rate because there was such juxtapositions… some things were great, others awful. The campground is BEAUTIFUL, the location is awesome, the facilities that I saw were well maintained, and there was zero evidence of any bugs or critters in our room! While I wouldn’t call the unit “luxury,” considering you’re on a camp ground, if we hadn’t had the issues with the bathroom odor, the unit would have been awesome for a family. The lady in the office we spoke with on Sunday was delightful and quickly sent over a maintenance man to address our concerns (if only that had taken care of them!)
