We didn’t find anything objectionable, but thankful that what looks like a bit of construction across the way was quiet during our stay.

Everything was clean. Kitchenware was adequate, but we didn’t cook and eat at the unit. We were nearby what we needed so it was convenient for us.

Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Costco and groceries store 15 minutes away by car. Guest are very responsive if you need them. The places was great. You can watch the rocket launches from the balcony (Cap Canaveral in 15 minutes away)

Air conditioning was not working and it was hard to get a hold of host to get it cooled down. It was an ecobee, so could be set and checked by the host prior to check in, this should be a must in Florida. Host eventually got it corrected, but it reset at midnight, leaving us hot again. - again this is a programmable (can be remotely programmed) thermostat.

Location was fine before a cruise, it fit 4 of us and was nicer and around same price as hotel would have been. Close to the port.

I did have to ask them to enable me to change the thermostat.

The staff were very responsive to messages. They even took the time to help us with an item we forgot in the property. They were also very open to suggestions on things to improve. Nice, clean rooms. Great value for such a nice place and location.

The AC thermostat was locked and we had to ask for the key, which was provided right away, so not really an issue.

The modernized facility was amazing 👏🏾. It was advertised as a sofa bed in the living room, but it was just a couch. We rented it for an overnight stay because we cruised out of port Canaveral, so it didn't make it a big issue. I later on found an air mattress. So all in all I have not 1 complaint. This place was absolutely amazing 👏🏾 😍

Bed was softer than my preference. Would have liked to have control of thermostat to at least bump temperature up or down a couple degrees. Slight musty smell when I first arrived, but it cleared up after a couple of hours with the AC running.

Very clean, everything was in working condition. Location was very convenient to dining, the beach and shopping.

It did not appear the guest room or bathroom was cleaned. There was a hair on the guest bathroom floor and in the shower drain. There was also a wadded up paper towel under the bed.

Would have liked a vacuum or broom, but I guess the host doesn't expect or require their guests would want these whilst on vacation 😊

Great apartment ideally located for the beach and Kennedy Space Center. Highly recommend staying there.

I understand the need for plastic fitted covers that go on the bed first, is to protect the integrity of the mattress, and then the actual cotton fitted sheet goes on over it. It's just that the plastic cover made my back sweaty. Other than that, I have no complaints.

We like that we had the condo that was on the main level. It would have been really hard for my friend to climb up the stairs if it was on the 2nd floor because of her bad knees. Cleanest of the whole place. The beds were comfortable. Like the simple furnishings & the open concept of the kitchen and living room area. Nice spacious showers. Ceiling fans in every room. Big closet & hangers provided. The amenities in the kitchen. Washer & dryer. Easy to use keypad lock (not having to worry about losing a key) Check-in & Check-out was easy.

I was very pleased with the stay. The apartment was spacious and very well furnished. I didn't miss anything and it was nice that you had access to beach equipment. All the accessories in the kitchen were new. The beach is 3 minutes away from the property. I recommend it!

We asked for an early check in and agreed to pay extra. When we got there, the condo was just being cleaned. The cleaning lady showed me that check in was at 4:00. I showed her the email that said the early check in was approved. The spare bedroom beds were very uncomfortable. I had a back ache when I left. It was furnished with the bare minimum. Forks, knifes, glasses, cookware, that's it. The dishwasher did not work. The coffee maker did not work. You cannot hear the ocean from the master bedroom.

It was clean. It was private. It was across from a construction site, so there was plenty of parking.
