We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesThe parking was a little inconvenience with all the trash cans in the way the whole time. I don’t normally mind I can move a trash can but we had to do it every time we parked but with it pouring rain the whole time it became a nuisance. I can understand maybe a day, but not all 3 days. They were so full of trash that we had no room to add our trash when checking out we had to take it with us. Also the showers need instructions my husband burned his back the temperature shot up so high! I would also purchase new towels because the towels smelled pretty bad. I also had to pay two deposits which I did not appreciate once thru booking.com and once thru Vacay spot which was nonrefundable. If I would have known that ahead of time I would have went with another option. That needs to be clarified to others because it was already pricey and to have to spend additional $80 is crazy! And one last thing in the rules it says no loud noises after 10pm and the neighbor was banging the wall for over an hour which was so loud.
I like the cleanliness and the space.also the first floor bedroom was perfect.

United StatesThe front blinds were broken. Cleaning mop and supplies were right by the dining table and the front door, which is kind of yuck. The shades in one room were crumpled. The board the coffee maker was on was warped. The wifi eeros under the living room tv was hanging in there precariously. The wires just hanging under all of the tvs were very visible and visually unappealing. Many such items seemed to cheapen the accommodations; just seemed like with a little bit of effort, the stay could have been elevated to fantastic. Couldn’t find a cutting board even though it was listed in the binder. Lights in the dining area did not seem to work (we couldn’t find the switch to make them work). The last couple issues came up the night before we left so it didn’t seem worth trying to contact the host.
Location and communication with host was great. Complimentary pastries were very nice. Accommodations were comfortable and clean.
