We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesDoor lock didn’t work right &had to go back twice all way to office for help to get door open - not fun when you are a tired traveler. And towel bars in bathroom were both broken off the walls.
Price good. Room & bathroom were clean and stocked with/essential basics. Staff was courteous and nice. Bed was very comfortable for sleep.

The Man that checked us in was awesome. I was promised a down stairs room. I can not do steps. 8 back surgeries. They said no bottom floors available. Finally after an hr they put us in a efficiency. Charged extra. And 3 of us slept in one bed. I was not happy. No apology.
