Staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms and facilities were very good and well equipped, location next to Bryant Park and subway stations was also great.

If you intend to utilise a sofa bed in the room it doesn't leave much space to move around the room.

Excellent location and personel, very clean and fast elevators.

Breakfast was the same every day and very limited.

Great location and good-size room for New York. Breakfast was excellent. The room was well sound-proofed.

The room for 4 with two quin beds felt a bit small, but it was great value for money

they changed the room and put us in a room that was on a low floor with many buildings around. we couldn't see the light. they had no issue that they changed the room and downgraded the booking and expected us to accept it just because they had technical issues in the other room.

No ice machine. Had to call front desk for ice, which meant you had to tip person bringing you ice each time

Breakfast was very good and Ron, the manager, was brilliant. He went out of his way to make our daughter, who is Celiac, feel comfortable, getting her gluten free bread and even brownies for breakfast, as well as getting us juices for our days out. Front desk staff were very helpful, getting us taxis and sorting our luggage The standards of cleaning were excellent - they even wrapped up our charging wires with a velcro tie! Size of beds - King beds were huge and very comfortable Bathroom was very clean with a good shower Nespresso coffee machine with free pods was very good Having a safe in the room was very useful The location is fantastic - literally a stone's throw from Times Square and on Broadway. Also, 50m from Bryant Park - which is lovely, with a very cool, relaxed atmosphere - my favourite place in NY

This is nit-picking... The room was small with little space The view was directly onto a brick wall The bar was expensive The bed covers were very thin
