How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Not really anything. Guess could have had a "continental" lite breakfast.
Have stayed here once before. Rooms have been clean, no musty smell as in some other hotels. Little extras: hair dryer; ironing board (not used); roomy. Very affordable, more than worth the money.

The only one thing I can complain about is the bathroom is too small absolutely too small!
First off the rooms were very clean. The bed was great nice and firm. The room had a good ambience, great atmosphere. It was like sleeping at home.

It's on a busy road and close to the road, so traffic noise.

Don't let the price fool you. The room was nice and clean. It is an older motel but has been remodeled nicely. I would stay again. Coffee pot, hair dryer, ironing board and iron and microwave in room.

The only thing is the noise from the parking lot but realy it is something to just realize it is a motel and you can park almost right smack in front of the door. So, in the morning a BIG truck might back up to the door areas and REALY make you jump out of your sleep. Hahaha, It made me awake and then I laughed someone else might not. I would not back in the trucks or cars but sometimes people have to. It is decent to get refreshed and relax.
We were very impressed with the room to find it freshened up when we had left and came back later on in the day. The table and chairs are great to have in the room so you do not sit on the bed the whole time. Simple microwave, fridge, and coffee pot are there if needed. Hair dryer too! Fresh towels and sheets are very nice and clean and neatly designed. Fast food and grocery stores are close by as well.

The parking lot noise was excessive. I thought there was a continental breakfast , there wasn't.
I didn't get any breakfast but the coffee bar was good.

The WiFi is rather slow, but at least is secure.
The location is ideal, particularly for passing through the city, as it's positioned on the edge. The WiFi is secure, and works. The accommodation is quiet, comfortable and has good air con/heater. Parking is directly outside the room.

The alarm clock kept making a buzzing sound.
The price was very reasonable, and the location was perfect for our plans. It was in the center of everything we did, and in very close proximity

The room smelled a little musty when we first got there, but it was clean. Too many donut shops on the main road where the hotel is situated, too much temptation!
The price we paid would be hard to beat, and we liked being able to par the car in front of our door. No more than 10 minutes to anywhere in town.

The neighborhood was a little less desirable than we are accustomed to.

The shower knob pull-up to make it shower needs to be fixed. It is very hard to pull the shower knob on to work.
Nice check-in from the Host, No breakfast, Just hot coffee to enjoy in the morning. The Motel has nice darkening curtains to sleep. Clean sheets and pillow cases made it feel relaxing. Can park your car in front of the outside building right by your door if the other visitors are not there.

Shower head was cheap and had two settings: either one big stream or spread out wide with no streams in the middle. The nob to turn shower on was extremely hard to operate. It wouldn’t freely move up and down. The bath tub drainage was very slow. The tub, with the shower going, would fill up quickly even with the drain open.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room, except for the bathtub issues I listed, looked well maintained.
