Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesThe condo is on the 16th floor, one of the two elevators went out on the 3 day of my week stay. That evening, the second elevator went out. I am just glad it didn't catch us while we were out. We were just about to go out and walk around the building and visit the nearby shops when we noticed both were out. I think I would have had to sleep in the rental car in the garage before walking up 16 floors. Sent an FYI text to host company, 1st text said to take the stairs. 16 floors? LOL, lucky was person to person call because that person would have got a few words. LOL. The parking spot in the garage takes good driving skills, That spot is tight to get into. I rented a Toyota 4Runner and had to back it into the space with a few maneuvers. No way to go forward. If you have a larger vehicle, you will want to check your clearance before entering the garage. It looks tight just to enter also. First 3 days, gate to garage was broken, so open 24 hours, they repaired it day 4 so had to use opener, and just when I needed the opener, it didn't work. But I was able to reach the host company immediately and they provided another opener. Now, we went out that morning and returned during afternoon, so someone was available, not sure what would have happen if late in evening. But did notice parking deck on same street so maybe that would have been a temporary solution. Bath towels are old and worn and really need replacing. I maybe reaching, but not really sure if cleaning crew changed bed sheets. Not 100% sure, maybe 45%, but I washed and changed mine. It looked more like they made the bed other than providing clean sheets. Need few more pots and frying pans. Building needs updating, but condo was nice. Elevator went out during my stay. Never had to walk stairs but just something to keep in mind.
If you desire location to Waikiki Beach, this is an excellent place to stay. The beach is only two blocks away. There are many places to eat nearby. There are street vendors a block away and in front of building. Don't feel like cooking breakfast, McDonalds is only two blocks away. There is a mall less than 10 minute walk away. You will walk past many upscale stores. If you really want upscale with a mix of everyday stores, the Ala Moana mall is a 10 minute drive. Building needs updates, but condo is roomy and nice. 16th floor so you get a decent view of the mountains from balcony. More relaxing for me during the evenings. Night lights and ocean breeze made the nearby buildings and despair of other building's balconies appear improved. Two large tv in the condo. The kitchen is updated and has plenty of spice selections. There is an extra sink and refrigerator in the hallway. Kitchen refrigerator has ice maker and water dispenser. Kitchen has plenty of dish cleaning supplies available, needed are few more pots and frying pans. Two full bath. The baths had plenty (2-3 30oz bottles) of Hand and Shoulders shampoo. Showers good pressure, didn't have any water issues. There was plenty of hand soap, but not soap for showering. Maybe prior guest used it all, left was mostly empty bottles. But the cleaning crew should have noticed. More than enough toilet paper and paper towel provided. There is a pull out sofa available, along with extra pillows, sheets and blankets. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the sheets need updating along with the Walmart towels that seem to have have been purchase in early 2000s, LOL, they were very worn. The beach towels were in better condition. A wagon was provided to assist with transporting 2 beach umbrellas, 2 beach chairs and other beach swimming activities gear. Need to wash clothing? 3rd floor laundry room is easy to use and I didn't have any concerns leaving my clothes there for the time period need to wash or dry.

United StatesThe view!
Very clean! Comfy beds! Loaded kitchen with snacks and coffee! Loved the free parking spot. The only thing I did not enjoy was the view. Really there was no view just tops of apartments and condos. Laneis were nice just to get some fresh air. Conveniently located to Waikiki beach and all the shopping you desire. Easy access to get in and I felt safe.

South KoreaThe only thing is noise. There was a party on Friday near our apartment. We couldn't sleep all night. And sofa was quite smelly because it's fabric. But these are very small things, our family was all satisfied the apartment.
We were looking for an apartment which has 2 restrooms because we were 5. It was perfect for us. Have a free parking lot, most of kitchen stuff, 5 mins from waikiki beach. The apartment was very clean as well.

The instructions to get into the place were very thorough. Parking was a little sketchy if you have a big car as it’s between two cement pillars but the parking garage is covered so that was good plus it was close to elevator. The condo was beautiful! The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook during your stay. I love that paper plates, paper towels, and dish soap was provided. There were even laundry soap available and garbage bags. It’s the little things that matter! Loved that there multiple coffee makers- a mokka, a coffee maker or a Keurig- take your pick! The living room was cozy and quaint and my 6’ son spent the week on the couch it was so comfortable, he didn’t even want to take out the pull out bed. Master bedroom was awesome- it had its own balcony and a separate bathroom. Very spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The bathrooms were huge! You didn’t feel cramped and there was a lot of storage and countertops. My favorite part was the abundance of bath towels, beach towels and hand towels. There was 5 adults and we only did laundry once! We loved that there were also boogie boards, beach chairs and an umbrella that we used during our 5 minute walk to Waikiki beach. The kids rented surf boards on our to the beach, food places in every corner and everyone pretty much left you alone. My family comes to the islands ALOT but we always stay around North Shore. This time we stayed in Waikiki and staying at this condo makes me want to plan our next trip here again. Aaron is super helpful with everything! I feel like I have a new cousin now in Waikiki. Thank you Aaron, you truly showed us the Hawaiian spirit. We will see you soon.
