Bar & restaurant closed. I may have been told about this but it didn't register as I arranged to meet friends at the bar. I last stayed here 40 years ago and it was a very lively place. Now it has the feel of shutting down.

The biggest issue was the shower. It was the most uncomfortable shower I have ever seen. The shower head points towards the wall and is impossible to point down at yourself. And the shower is so small and narrow even a small person cannot feel comfortable. The second issue was a car alarm that went off at all hours of the day and night. One of the hotel customer's car kept going off and would not stop for several minutes

The shower. What's up with the showerhead? Also, if you take our washcloths, at least replace them. And if there are three registered to the room, 3 washcloths and towels are appropriate. Right?

The location was prime. The beds were comfy. I love the trees.

The door to the room kept sticking and was hard to open sometimes. Only one card key worked.

The breakfast is not too good. If you show up after 8 am. Most hot foods(3) are gone, and the coffee thermos is almost empty. The kitchen and bathroom have many black ants crawling around. The sofa fabric needs to be cleaned.

The room is spacious. The kitchen is well-equipped. The balcony has a nice view and a great landscape. Lots of trees.

It would be nice if the breakfast times were just a bit longer than 9 AM. I was running a bit late and was hoping the restaurant would be open at least until 10:00 AM.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the room with a sofa and tv. The double beds were very comfortable, bathroom not fancy but perfectly acceptable.

Lots of deferred maintenance.

Older spacious conference center with large homey room with kitchen and park-like grounds. Breakfast was fantastic for a free buffet. All for a value price.

The door was a little bit hard to open. The television did not work when I got there. Nothing too big.

I liked the room a lot. It was cute with the high ceilings and the view was beautiful. The balcony was definitely a plus. Parking was very nice. Right downstairs from my room.

very accommodating staff and room. We brought our dog for the first time on a trip and had zero issues with him and with the surrounding rooms.

The shower: the water pressure was very low but the worst thing was that the water came out cold. The water that came out of the faucet was sufficiently warm, so I had to take a bath! I gave a mediocre review of the cleanliness because the carpet was gross. Also there was a puffed area on the ceiling that was cracked. Lastly, I reported these issues. The lady at the front desk apologized and asked if I wanted the manager to call me. He never did. I wasn’t trying to get an discount, only an apology and assurance that it would be fixed for the next person.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean bed. The breakfast was good.

Fabulous location with easy access to the Los Gatos Creek trail and Downtown Los Gatos. The staff looked after me exceptionally well, which was appreciated as a solo female traveller. This is my third stay at the hotel and I will be coming back again.

That its going out of business. The lodge is being torn down for 165 units of housing per the lis gatos city council. The lodges’ days are numbered. The restaurant there is already closed.

Breakfast not so good! Had to let staff know the food was out pastries were not cook all the way. Hash browns were cold. breakfast is important meal. I feel there should be more variety. Also, the second day meat was out. Not much seating. Maybe a waffle iron would be a good choice instead of the frozen ones.

Bathroom was a bit small and on the cold side as the windows were older and not well insulated.

Was an older property but seemed to be well maintained. I was upgraded to a mini suite so has a nice, large room with a balcony but unfortunately I was barely in it to enjoy anything besides the size.
