The beds are pretty stiff to our liking, and washing not working.

Location, clean, and A/C very cold!

Comfortable AC, easy check-in, extra-firm beds, low water pressure, lack of basic supplies.

There were a few things that made the stay less comfortable. Both mattresses were extremely firm, which made sleeping difficult. The water pressure in the master bathroom was very low—almost unusable—and using both showers/restrooms at the same time wasn’t possible due to plumbing limitations. There was no outdoor water hose to rinse off beach items, and no broom available to help tidy up. We also noticed there was no dishwashing liquid provided, which would’ve required a store run if we needed to reuse dishes. Overall, the stay was decent, but a few small improvements could make a big difference

I had an okay experience at this rental. The air conditioning was refreshingly cold—perfect for escaping the Texas heat. The location worked well for my needs, and the neighborhood was peaceful, which made for restful nights. Key retrieval was a breeze, and the host’s communication before arrival was clear and thorough, making check-in stress-free. Overall, a smooth and comfortable stay!

Carpets in the room were extremely dirty and outdated. Could use some vinyl flooring.
