How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfast Saturday wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t stocked very well. Sunday was better. It is hard to get in and out of the hotel. That is not necessarily their fault

Verified reviewThis hotel is located directly off of I-75 and has an abundance of stores and restaurants nearby. The free breakfast tasted good, and there was a decent amount of options. The staff at the hotel were very nice.
The rooms are very warm, dry, and stuffy. The bathroom is extremely small and there is no room for comfort.

Verified reviewBreakfast was decent, but the cleanliness of the eating area was rather poor.
We had to move to 4 different rooms before they found us a clean room to stay in. First 2 rooms had stains on the bedding and stuff all over the floors along with some dead bugs. Third room the manager walked thru with me, and could see it was also dirty. Only reason I agreed to stay was because they couldn't guarantee me a refund for my stay since I booked thru booking.com.

The bed was horrible. Both my wife and I would fall to the middle of the bed due to the mattress (or lack thereof). The lobby room where our family wanted to play cards had the A/C broken, so it was extra warm in the room. The outside had piles of cigarette butts on the ground while the girl at the desk was on her phone. I let her know there was a pile of butts out there. At the breakfast, the waffle batter dispenser was broken so no waffles. There was no one attending the breakfast items, what little there was there. Kids running around the hotel everywhere. Many smokers hanging out right outside the front door. Do I need to go on???

DIRTY..NASTY...dead bugs in the tub..pulled the sheets down to the end of the bed to get in bed and the sheets were dirty with stains of pee and OTHER fluids. Clearly visible. Grose!! I told the girl at the desk she just said sorry. Like it was no big deal. DONT STAY HERE. Photos don't do it justice..trust me nasty.

My room was handicapped accessible. I didn’t Request that and I am not handicapped. I did arrive later in the evening. I did book it weeks in advance. I wanted to take a shower and a shower not in a tiled room with a shower curtain like I was at summer camp. The shower looked very worn and not something I felt safe stepping my bare feet in. I didn’t bring shower shoes. I did go up to the front desk to speak of my displeasure, and the hotel was completely booked, and there was nothing that they could do even though I had booked weeks in advance and not requested that type of room.

Wasn't the room we wanted for our family of four. We also didn't get have but half a roll of toilet paper.. no extra blankets or pillows were available for the sofa bed. I had to clean the tables and stuff off since they were still dirty.. you should've seen my lysol wipes and hiw unclean things were. Lack of light in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable, I sank in way too much and I'm not a heavy person I weigh 170. Ac unit was rattling and was loud. Tv's didn't work correctly either. We also didn't receive enough towels for our room there was four of us and I placed that in the booking.

Floor was visibly dirty in the room upon check in. Housekeeper did not speak english so had to get someone else. They handed me a broom and dust pan and waited while I cleaned the floor. Light bulb was out in one of the 2 lamps. The air conditioner made a horrible sound all night long so was unable to sleep well.
