Breakfast Saturday wasn’t the greatest. It wasn’t stocked very well. Sunday was better. It is hard to get in and out of the hotel. That is not necessarily their fault

The rooms are very warm, dry, and stuffy. The bathroom is extremely small and there is no room for comfort.

This hotel is located directly off of I-75 and has an abundance of stores and restaurants nearby. The free breakfast tasted good, and there was a decent amount of options. The staff at the hotel were very nice.

Room 307 air didn't work well, not cool enough. King bed bottom sheet would not stay on...old an no elastic. Ice maker on 3rd floor not working, had to go to 1st floor for ice.

Wasn't the room we wanted for our family of four. We also didn't get have but half a roll of toilet paper.. no extra blankets or pillows were available for the sofa bed. I had to clean the tables and stuff off since they were still dirty.. you should've seen my lysol wipes and hiw unclean things were. Lack of light in the room. Beds were very uncomfortable, I sank in way too much and I'm not a heavy person I weigh 170. Ac unit was rattling and was loud. Tv's didn't work correctly either. We also didn't receive enough towels for our room there was four of us and I placed that in the booking.

Honest, the room we received wasn't as advertised on the booking website.. wrong pictures with the wrong description. We just dealt with it.

Bathrooms were pretty dirty. Mold in the shower. Pizza box underneath the sink stand that attracted ants all in the room. Needs a thorough cleaning.

There was a good deal of construction in the immediate area which made getting around difficult.

The front desk attendant was messed up on drugs and was very rude. I was nervous for the rest of our stay on what I would have to deal with.

A little difficult to get to as there is only one entrance on the opposite side. Shower pressure and heat is terrible. AC unit in the room is incredibly loud also.

The construction aound the hotel was a mess.

The hotel was right off the highway. There were a lot of food options around the hotel. The bed was very confortable. The room was big and spacious. The room was clean.

The coffee wasn’t hot. The employee said that some on the coffee pots they had were not keeping either the water or coffee warm. One was a different style and did a great job of warming the coffee. You just need to upgrade your coffee thermoses

We traveled with our small dog and picked this because it was dog friendly. We pay the $25 per fee but the area for walking the dog was disgusting! It was full of trash, beer cans, cups, and dog poop. It appeared to not be cleaned in some time. We had to walk the dog by the busy street far from the dog area to find a place that was clean.

It’s a great location with lots of food options around.

We were told breakfast was 6 to 10 a.m., but there was nothing. We had a 12 hour drive ahead of us that day and where looking forward to good breakfast. There was nobody at the front desk to give us a receipt. We could have run off with the Christmas tree and all the gifts. Lol

Property is difficult to get too, if there is a line of cars waiting for Starbucks. The tables in the breakfast room were never wiped or cleaned during our 3 days stay. Scrambled eggs were stone cold. Joghurt and fruits were never refilled after we asked. Front desk staff voluntierend very little information. Example: access to Wi-Fi. Room access card was programmed one day at the time.

The floor in the room was dirty, it hadn't been swept or mopped. The breakfast they served was ok, but it didn't have as much as I expected from a higher quality hotel.

The room was a nice size. The area is nice. There is a starbucks in front of the hotel and a Slim Chickens beside the hotel, so you can eat and drink without driving anywhere.
