The room was really humid. The temp was fine, but everything felt damp.

It's a great hotel overall. Friendly and professional staff, clean rooms, good food options.

There was only one small microwave on the 1st floor so heating up food was a journey. The room I reserved was not available so I had to settle for a room over looking the roof.

Very clean and smelled amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the shower was wonderful.

The last time we came here, the person who checked us in made it an amazing experience. This time, it was very underwhelming and the person checking us in was very transactional and not very kind. The pool room was rusty and run down and the bathrooms were filthy.

The room was comfortable. Plenty of space for 3 people. Good walking distance to stores and mall.

We had to call someone to repair the tv at 3 am & the toilet constantly made a sound. Other than that good experience.

That I didn't end up in the deluxe corner suite like I asked for and was disappointed. I paid more for this than the deluxe room I had previously. I feel kind of jipped.

No area in bathroom to store towels or toiletries. Shower head had no pressure.

The valve that switched between showerheads was broken so you couldn't switch between the shower head and the handheld shower. The TV also had something wrong with the volume, so you had to turn it way up to hear it. It worked, but it wasn't great. Other than that it was very nice.

We had mentioned that we were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff was kind enough to bring us champagne and a desert. The shower was huge and the room was clean.

We booked a corner room and paid extra for that room ended up not getting a corner room but still charged the same amount, was disappointed. Our cabinets were sticky from previous guests.

Quiet room with great view of the suburban forests. Very comfortable bedding and sheets. Plenty of towels.

The breakfast that was included was basic especially for the price,we didnt get to use the social hr that was included because it was a weekend.

The size of the jr suite we booked was very spacious,the bathroom was really nice as well.the location was everything,we were close by restaurants,shopping malls etc.loved the free parking.

I feel the price was a bit excessive just for an overnight stay. I was not able to take advantage of any other amenities either. I was also displeased with not being able to check in directly online and use a mobile key.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The decor and furniture were very modernized as well. The bathrooms were very nice and clean, and I enjoyed a few of the bonus appliances.

I have no grievances with the property  It was an excellent stay  I guess just a nit pick  the housekeeper, forgot one of our glasses on our wet bar but everything was clean and nice  and I didn’t use any of the glasses so didn’t bother me at all

Location,  starting when you walk in you smell clean smells and you walk into a very nice bright, updated modern place with smiling faces bellhops and Starbucks in another restaurant  the rooms are pretty comfortable  Our room could use a little bit of paint touchup, but it was quite clean and comfortable with definitely stay again.  The pool, hot tub and fitness area was excellent. They even had locker rooms and a  sauna  complementary robes in the closet and lavender pillow. Roll-on was a nice touch.  Oh, and I liked my name being on the TV. That was a nice personal touch. I appreciated that staff was also wonderful. They wouldn’t give me a few minutes later on my check out but that’s OK. The stuff is still great.
