Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

KenyaWe had to spend on the pricey bottled water (FIJI) placed in the room, as the alternative was not readily available on complimentary until we requested for it from the housekeeping team. But after that we got plenty and all was well.
The whole experience was amazing. What stood out for me and the family was the door men - who were very helpful and super friendly, the breakfast service team, the suite was was well appointed and had everything we needed for a traveling family of 5. I would definitely stay here when in NY.

United StatesSuch limited TV - where is Netflix or Prime Video. Even if we have to use our own accounts? You should fix this. Food is only so-so both room service and in restaurant. Breakfast best.
I had not stayed since the remodel. Pleasantly surprised. Staff great, security excellent and location is the best. I will come back.

United StatesThe room we got 508 was looking in need of some TLC. The exterior doors were chipped and banged up as well as the dressers area across from the bed. There also was a kind of stale smell in the room.
The service is always excellent at the Loews Regency. Beds are comfortable and room is clean.

United StatesWomen that checked me in had me wait almost two hours for a room. She couldn’t answer basic questions about the hotels. I did not like the breakfast plus it was served cold instead of hot. I did not like the coffee. It was very bitter. Also very little area in the bathroom. No vanity to speak of. The electric outlet was across the toilet and so was the makeup mirror, making it impossible to use. No large tub for a nice bath. Room also in need of maintenance. Chipped tub, clogged sink, paint peeling off the ceiling, rug needs to be re-stretched so you don’t keep tripping over it. Pillows were extremely mushy.
The location was very good. Elevator security.
