The location is perfect most likely the best position in Hollywood. The room was perfect for us as we had been travelling for 4 weeks and needed room to move. I am not aware of any breakfast facilities.

The Pool felt like an after thought, No shade or umbrellas. Not very inviting. I wish they made the pool more lush, it would have been nice if it looked inviting. Add trees and umbrellas

Location and the staff were wonderful , very friendly. The rooms were clean and tidy and spacious. This hotel is close to everything and can walk to Hollywood Bowl, great for concert goers.

The room wasn’t cleaned very well, the room and bathroom was covered in black hairs everyday. None of us have black hair. Not sure if from the cleaning cloths being used in other rooms. Price of drinks at the pool bar was astronomical, which encourages people to bring their own drinks in.

The room was a bit “worn out”, requires renovation. There was dust at the bed side tables in the room, windows cannot be opened.

Excellent location, the walk of fame is right behind the corner! Nice cafe in the lobby. Very friendly personnel.

Mentioned the sink and floor tiles in bathroom had cracks . I was just told sorry and not to worry I wouldn't be charged as these would already be logged.

It’s beautiful. Well located. Close to all amenities. Parking $25 per day . Restaurant in the hotel is pricey but just outside the building are restaurants and coffee shops . Clean and safe .

Clean and modern and the staff were very helpful . The location was ideal and could walk out of the hotel and be so close to all the local attractions , with the Jimmy Kimmel just across the street , just in case you want to book to see him

What we didn’t like was the carpet. Besides the fact that it made moving our luggage difficult – especially since we had large and heavy suitcases – it also had a strange smell, both in the hallway and inside the room, which was unpleasant. Another thing that wasn’t convenient was the shower, as it didn’t have a handheld shower head. This made showering a bit uncomfortable, because we always had to get completely wet, while sometimes we would have preferred to use it more locally.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel, as it is centrally located, right on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Another great feature was the indoor parking – although a bit expensive, it was definitely convenient. We also loved that the hotel is inside a mall with shops open until late at night, which made us feel comfortable and safe, especially since there was security everywhere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, from the 24-hour front desk to the valet outside who welcomed us and assisted with the car. Even at the parking area, everyone was very accommodating. The housekeeping staff were also very polite and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. In fact, we received an upgrade since I had requested a room with a view of the Hollywood sign, and because no such room was available, they offered us a bigger one, which was beautiful and very spacious. Overall, this is a large, safe, and welcoming hotel with all the amenities you could need. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again!

I think the water was overpriced and sneaky of plastic chemicals. Cost 11$ per bottle in room.

I loved the location, the view from My room, the spacious room. All staff were friendly and helpful and it was a true pleasure staying there 6 nights.
