A fantastic hotel in an ideal location. Comfortable, friendly, great atmosphere and staff. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay in Vail which is central and had lots of amenities, this place won’t let you down.

Bathroom in our room didn't seem to swept or mop in preparation of our stay ie long black hair on floor. The bottom bed sheet had dry up blood stain on it.

The corridors & levels were a little confusing. But I loved the location of our room once I understood it. There was a fixture on our wall which was not attached properly & fell off. Maintenance came immediately and fixed it.

See above re drawer, some of the utensils, no map of the property, no instructions for the kitchen items or coffee filters. Murphy bed sheets were too big, so it was hard to make the bed and put it up in the morning.

Many good amenities, including the pool and fitness center. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room had two chairs outside, which was great because the room itself was quite dark. Of the six rooms on our hall, only one other had chairs - why? We never got a map of the property, so we had to slowly figure out what was where. Our room was a studio with a Murphy Bed, couch, table for four and full kitchen. Those were decent, though the kitchen drawers were hard to open, and there was only one giant knife for preparing food, and one giant cutting board. Also, we didn't know that the refrigerator had a bottom (but open) freezer compartment, so every thing we put in during the first night froze.

The bathroom smelled like gas, as did the first floor. That was scary and I was too nervous to sleep.

The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment!! Food was cold and not choices. It was very expensive for bad eggs and undercooked bacon. No where was it mentioned it was a buffet and the breakfast menu is on the website. So if it isn’t being offered you just update your information. Also the information about it being a buffet and the price should be in the messages you send out before we check in.

Some areas are not stroller friendly. A bit of a walk from the Vail village promenade. Lack of room service may be a negative for families with young children.

Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.

Only thing that I didn't like is that I asked for a wake up call at 6:00 and it never came. I put my alarm on but I worry when I am traveling early so that was not good

The first room we were given #139 was on par with second rate hotel, after expressing our displeasure with the front desk we were relocated to a room more fitting for the Lodge experience. Thanks

One hot tub was not functional so the one operational would get crowded. Reception service on checkin was poor, they did not give much information of anything in the facility and even when we asked later on for the spa services, they failed to tell us it closed at 5 pm, which is quite early to say the least.

For the price, the room was quite small and nothing special. I was there for 3 days and my room was never cleaned and we ran out of coffee pods. The chromecast constantly didn't work.
