The door to get inside the hotel on the side was never locked and anyone could come in. Looks like there were card scanners at one time.

I just hate having to take my dirty wet towels to the front, and to find out they have no towels left to hand out. And I did ask to have fresh towels for the next day but never received them.

Very clean and comfortable, price is right, very nice visitors area, love the Bible and devotionals. Breakfast us always a plus, the morning breakfast cook is very friendly and kind.

The tacky, extremely worn chair in the sitting area. It should be trashed. And have you ever sat on those chairs? Very uncomfortable. Also, (complained about this a year ago), Why the motion censored light in the bathroom that blinds you in the middle of the night and then stays on for 10 minutes? Very irritating.

HVAC unit was a bit noisy.

Did not have breakfast. The rooms were good, the bed very comfortable, everything was clean, wifi worked well, front desk staff were efficient and friendly.

They seem to be having a cash flow problem. Lots of minor repairs need doing, the rooms are dark and musty. But- interesting place for sure.

This is such an interesting property, unlike any other hotel I’ve been to. It’s like a mall that was converted to a hotel. Huge hallways and courtyard. I think it was originally designed to be something other than a hotel but was then converted. The rooms all have a floor to ceiling window facing the hallway (why?) and no exterior windows. This is more like an office space than a hotel room. But- lots of space and a very decent breakfast.

Hmm the fire alarm went off and it took 4-5 hours for the flashing light in my room to turn off. They knew it was a false alert right away so idk why it took so long to turn the flashing lights off, made it hard to sleep

The hotel staff never came to the room. We had to constantly go down and get towels and toilet paper. They never knocked to see if we needed anything. My daughter spilled some eggs outside our door, and we cleaned up what we could. Told staff, and they left it there all week. Finally, 4 days later, they actually vacuumed. Although they offered breakfast daily, it was the same every day. We would stay there again. We just now know not to expect any form of service other than the same breakfast daily.

Like the size of the room, the location, and breakfast served daily. Lots of stores nearby. Target, Starbucks, fast food, and some restaurants. Liked that they had the laundry room, although due to the number of people, it was tough to get a machine. Reasonable price for an entire week. Although, I think some people may reside on the property. Reasonable priced and clean enough for the price. Higher quality, then an extended stay its mid range for traveling families.

There were no dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, despite the kitchen having a dishwasher! Maybe you’re supposed to ask for kitchen supplies but I didn’t see any signage about that.

We got up in morning to have some breakfast that comes with the price and it was still open but we were told by the ladies taking care of food , we are close please no more food don’t serve your self it’s close, I ask but food is still out and coffee, they said just started taking the food and plates and cups. They were very rude ladies.
