Not enough plates & bowls in the kitchen. Bathroom sink was completely clogged but an awesome handyman fixed it quickly.

This was one of my favorite places to stay on the island. Fantastic pool with music, beautiful boardwalk and nice rooms. There were coin operated washer and dryer on site so it helped us to pack light. The king size bed in the room was very comfortable, the couch - not so much. Kids seemed to do all right on the couch, but for adults it was not a good place sleep. It was great to have a dishwasher, fridge and oven in the room.

I love the location. It is a short walk to the beach, has a large pool, fire pit, several gas grills, and cornhole game. The beach is very lovely (very soft sand), not overcrowded, and close to two jetties where you could easily fish or watch others fish.

Sand on the beach access walkway from the dunes was an obstacle, we can even close the access gate. Not sure if there’s anything they can do about it. It wasn’t like that in 2023, during our last visit.

Love how it has the amenities of a hotel with the feel of a condo with direct beach access.

The room wasn't ready. Boardwalk wasn't user friendly. Once is enough.

While viewing online we liked the location. Close to the beach with easy access. When we arrived, the room wasn't ready and had to wait 1/2 an hour. The boardwalk has a lot of stairs to climb before you walk down to the beach. At the access to the beach was full of sand. We are in our late 60s and this detoured us from going to the beach. We asked for a drive-on-the-beach pass but was told we had to go to the gas station for one of those... They did their best to entertain.

No elevators if you are packing heavy beware🥵 expesive $$ early check in fee and Beach access is nice but its not for the weak🫣🤔!!

They are not flexible with the check out, even for regular customers. I had to pay an extra of $65 plus tax to stay until 12 instead of 10. 10 AM is very early check out. Hotels usually offer until noon. It is very expensive, even the dog charge at $88 per day when other hotels offer $75 for 4 nights.

I always go to this place, about two times per year. I love the place and direct way to the beach. The beach is one of me favorites too

No washer/dryers in rooms but you can go to the laundry (using coins). I would love also to have a toaster i my kitchen. The rooms aren't big, they are more like hotel rooms so there is no table where you can eat which is not very convenient having a kitchen. There are no normal grill utensils.

The location is pretty good, not very close to the beach but protected from the wind with mounds. You can also drive easily to the beach. The pool is pretty big and the amenities are very cozy. The grilling area is pretty comfortable but you need to bring your grilling utensils because there are no suitable ones at the site. The fire pit are is also big and cozy. We booked the room with kitchen and it was really convenient. We were on the Memorial Weekend so there was a DJ on Saturday, popsicles in the pool, live music and free wine on Sunday. There are showers in the pool and near the bridge to the beach. There were almost no mosquitos.

If you plan on bringing your dog, the grassy areas are littered with Stickers & Thorns.

We loved almost everything about this property. Its clean and quiet. Great pool , easy beach access. We brought our Dog , Frank, and he had a great time too.

No immediate are to clean our feet from the sand on the beach before we walked into the property or our room.

Check in and out could have been smoother.

Location is fabulous and entire resort quiet as well as beautiful and most of all so private. Beach was accessible by a convenient boardwalk. The resort has its own road no other hotels mar it’s loveliness. I hope it can stay the oasis that it is. PS Eco friendly. No plastic or styrofoam in the rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Lively Beach Resort. Although a severe storm led to a power outage during our visit, it was certainly not the resort's fault. I appreciated the staff's transparency regarding the estimated time for power restoration. They handled this "hiccup" with great professionalism. I have nothing negative to say about the resort or its staff.

I enjoyed its modern design, direct beach access, and relaxed atmosphere. We also appreciated the spacious and well-appointed rooms with wonderful views. The resort's outdoor amenities, like the pool and seating areas were also very comfortable. Additionally, the proximity to local attractions and activities provided us opportunities to explore the vibrant culinary scene and outdoor adventures the area had to offer.
