Priced to value, very clean for the most, ease of access in and out. Amenities in room new so they were in good conditions. We were pretty much unbothered and comfortanle

Bed sheets, slipped off very easily during rest periods which was very uncomfortable.

I thought the self check in was great. The price was awesome!!!

Well above average accommodations for the price. Very large suite with basically a full kitchen

Coffee is free in lobby. But we brought a small toaster , keurig ,fry pan , paper plates, silverware and cooked breakfast every morning

As shared with the staff the day of departure, initially I experienced difficulty retrieving a working key to enter the building. The first one did not work at all. The second one also did not work initially, but eventually worked. I experienced the same when trying to enter the actual room. Over all it was a additional 10 minutes and due to the time of arrival, there was no one available to assist. This is not a reflection of the staff I saw the morning of, but did request they note it.

The room was very clean and spacious. I slept well. Thank you!

It is a new hotel, which is wonderful for the Syracuse area.

No blackout shades, you can't sleep late. The bathroom fan is always on.

I would have appreciated them honoring my reservation and not cancelling it by phone. I had a reservation booked a month in advance and an unidentified employee called me four hours before arrival to tell me about the cancellation and offered no alternative, even though I told her I was travelling with my teen daughter and needed somewhere to stay. She said there was nothing she could do and didn't even apologize for it. I still showed up to see if there was a mistake but the employee at the front desk confirmed that, in fact my reservation was cancelled by the manager (who wasn't there at the time). I worked for 11 years in the hospitality industry and never saw anything similar being done to a guest. She didn't even bother to at least fake a little empathy. I will not only never stay at that place, I will make sure people I know don't either.

Room and public areas are very clean , next to gas and Thruway.

Nothing really. If anything, the area takes getting used to the first time. There are huge roundabouts with right-turn only slips, but it's not clearly indicated beforehand, just signs that indicate the roadway "splits".

We picked Livaway because of its location, price, reviews, and the fact that it was newly built. We wish that we could’ve stayed there, but due to maintenance issues, they booked us a room at a roach motel.

We did not get to enjoy our stay because LivAway moved us to another hotel due to maintenance issues. The hotel they moved us to, Extended Stay, wasn’t satisfactory, nor was it acceptable (filthy rooms, cigarette/weed smell, people sleeping in the hallway, mold growing in the bathroom, etc.). The pics attached are from Extended Stay, the motel LivAway felt was acceptable to move us to. Livaway then proceeded to argue with us about a refund. Ultimately they agreed to refund us, but this was met with heavy resistance. This has discouraged us from ever giving LivAway another try.

Sometimes it’s hard to park because of workers staying at the property parking rigs and trucks. There is sometimes loud music, but if you complain, it will be rectified.
