As shared with the staff the day of departure, initially I experienced difficulty retrieving a working key to enter the building. The first one did not work at all. The second one also did not work initially, but eventually worked. I experienced the same when trying to enter the actual room. Over all it was a additional 10 minutes and due to the time of arrival, there was no one available to assist. This is not a reflection of the staff I saw the morning of, but did request they note it.

Too sparse on ammunition. It's supposed to be for long-term stays, but I was shocked there was no coffee maker, paper towel, or even kleenex.

Coffee is free in lobby. But we brought a small toaster , keurig ,fry pan , paper plates, silverware and cooked breakfast every morning

Nothing really. If anything, the area takes getting used to the first time. There are huge roundabouts with right-turn only slips, but it's not clearly indicated beforehand, just signs that indicate the roadway "splits".

Room and public areas are very clean , next to gas and Thruway.

We did not get to enjoy our stay because LivAway moved us to another hotel due to maintenance issues. The hotel they moved us to, Extended Stay, wasn’t satisfactory, nor was it acceptable (filthy rooms, cigarette/weed smell, people sleeping in the hallway, mold growing in the bathroom, etc.). The pics attached are from Extended Stay, the motel LivAway felt was acceptable to move us to. Livaway then proceeded to argue with us about a refund. Ultimately they agreed to refund us, but this was met with heavy resistance. This has discouraged us from ever giving LivAway another try.

We picked Livaway because of its location, price, reviews, and the fact that it was newly built. We wish that we could’ve stayed there, but due to maintenance issues, they booked us a room at a roach motel.

Sometimes it’s hard to park because of workers staying at the property parking rigs and trucks. There is sometimes loud music, but if you complain, it will be rectified.

I just needed a place to stay to drop off my family at the airport the next day and it was perfect. It had everything we needed close by and most importantly, the room was very clean, pleasant, comfortable and spacious. It had a nice coffee machine available in the morning which was a great add up for my mom. Next time I travel I would look for this hotel chain to see if there are any, it really was excellent!

Nothing. When we arrived, the receptionist told us the accommodation was overbooked and we didn't get to stay. It was passed 11 pm and we were so disappointed.

Screwed up my reservation, smelled like formaldehyde in the room, cheap cheesey furniture, uncomfortable bed, no cooking or eating utensils, noisy, key cards didn't work on lobby door I could go on but I won't.
