The only issue was that slats on the upstairs bed need to be replaced. We were able to move the slats to accommodate the matress properly, though.

Our stay was excellent. The cabin was very clean upon arrival. It accommodated all ages with our group of 12 ranging from 2 years old- 56 years old. This cabin has plenty of space.

The description has 5 bedrooms. There are only 3. There’s 1 king on main level, 1 king and 4 bunks upstairs. Then there’s a daybed with a pull out trundle in the lower level game room. And a pull out couch in the living room. There plenty of space for sleeping but we needed the bedroom/privacy space.

There wasn’t any hair dryers provided. There were also nothing condiment, spice, or food. Any cabin I’ve stayed in usually provides hair dryers, and at least salt, pepper, sugar, and coffee. I just wasn’t prepared these items would not be provided. Not a big issue.

Very clean and spacious. Great location. There are all kitchen utensils, dishes, coffee pot and toaster provided.

Parking is limited, maybe you can fit a large suv and a small car. Ants come very quickly in the kitchen, bring a spray. There is no outside space/ground patio; only one door for entry/exit.

The home was beautiful, clean and close to all of the area attractions. The home had everything needed to have fun on property: gas grill, fire pit (we didn't use but I can imagine it's great in cooler weather), swimming pool that is small but fun to splash around in, infinity game table and arcade game. The decks were so relaxing, there is a huge swing that you can literally fall asleep on. Great place to stay.

Pool was smaller than expected but we managed to make it work by diving our large group of children to have separate pool times.

Home offered lots of space and plenty of entertainment options. An overview great home and we enjoyed our stay. Also customer service was great, they were very quick and responsive when we had questions about how to enter the pool.

I am beyond furious with how this entire situation was handled. The house we stayed in had bed bugs. When I called to report it, no one did anything to help us. Instead of offering to move us to another property or taking any responsibility, they told us to just stay in the infested house — completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting. I was also told a manager would be reaching out to me. No one ever called. We wasted an entire day sitting in urgent care because of the bites and the potential health risks. On top of that, the pool and hot tub smelled absolutely disgusting — like body odor. Clearly, they are not being properly cleaned or maintained. To make matters even worse, they didn’t offer us a refund or any form of compensation. Not even an apology. This has been one of the worst, most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. The complete lack of care, accountability, and basic human decency from this company is shocking. I will never stay here again, and I will make sure others know to avoid it.

It was listed as 5 bedroom, it is 3 bedroom. I was willing to deal with that. However, downstairs in the game room was roaches. I called the vacation rental company and they had us moved to another cabin.

It was clean when we went in. Location was not hard to find.
